Having worked as a pharmacist for over 25 years for several major chain pharmacies, I have seen the need for a more integrative approach to wellness with the many customers I have encountered. We are a pharmacy staffed by professionals who will help you navigate through the often confusing environment of figuring out how medication, nutrition and lifestyle interact to create a balanced approach to wellness. We will take the time to educate you about how medications interact with each other and with food and other supplements so that what you have been prescribed can work most effectively.
We understand that patients can have different prescriptions from different doctors, and it can sometimes be overwhelming to know just how and when to take them. We have pharmacists who are certified in MTM (Medication Therapy Management). Our MTM pharmacists are trained to look at all of the medications, vitamins and other supplements you are taking, and double check the possibility of any contraindications or therapeutic duplications with each other. They will also determine how and when they should be taken in order for you to achieve the best outcome.
We are also an FDA compliant, PCCA certified compounding pharmacy. If you or your pets are unable to take medications from commercial pharmaceutical manufacturers, our compounding room is equipped to customize compounded prescription medications unavailable from commercial pharmaceutical manufacturers. If your medications are no longer available, or are temporarily unavailable, or are not produced and marketed by pharmaceutical manufacturers, our compounding service makes these medications available to you.
