This is my second visit!! I got a pedicure. The first time I got dip powder and I love it!! Cindy is so friendly!! She takes her time and doesn’t  rush. I recommend her!!

I’ve been coming here for years and I will not be returning. I took my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday. After them telling her no to putting hearts on her nails, they made 3 other people start painting on her nails and the final product was a sloppy mess. Then an hour after we left, the nails were coming off in a complete square. I told them I would not pay the insane amount of $17 they tried to charge me and that I would pay $10. She still charged me $12 after agreeing to $10. They are rude and sneaky and very disrespectful. It’s unfortunate because I’ve come many times and always been pleased for her and I but that was too much for me to ever return. They did not care to try to fix her nails even after complaining they looked bad multiple times. I even had another customer if theirs tell me they are being completely unreasonable and rude. When I had them look at her nails, she said oh well the design was too difficult. However, she gets the same design everytime we come. So this was just a cop out and I’m very disappointed. Within the hour her nails were peeling completely off which has never happened until the day I choose to complain.

I made an appointment for myself, a friend, and her children. I got a pedicure and a simple acrylic nail set for a formal work event.  My pedicure was rushed and she used very cold water but I do like very hot water. She did do a good job and the nail salon was busy so I understood.  I waited for quite a long time to get someone for my nails. My friend was long finished by the time someone even started on them. My nail tech was good, she was very detail oriented and did not rush anything. I am very pleased with the outcome but it wasn't a fun or relaxing experience with my friend. She waited in her car and kids for over an hour while they finished with me. We arrived for our 11:15 appointment on time and left at 2:20.  I want to like this salon, it was my first visit and my nail tech helped me decide on colors and type of nails. I will try them again. Maybe don't go on a Saturday unless you are by yourself and have loads of time to wait.Services:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

Definitely will not be coming back here! The woman who did my nails was rude, she rushed the entire service. I asked for almond shaped nails and she gave me rounded wonky/ crooked shaped nails instead. Didn’t do enough coats, you could see my nail bed through the polish and didn’t smooth out the sns.Service:&nbsp;Dip powder

Just moved to high point and was recommended by a friend. And when I say they didn’t disappoint! I had Mrs. Cindy and she was very sweet and actually wanted to help my nails grow. And she gave me alil hand massage    I will definitely be back and will recommend to others! Great job!!Service:&nbsp;Dip powder

DO NOT COME HERE- just don’t! Rude and terrible customer service. Ridiculous how me and my daughter were treated!!! SPECIFICALLY asked for GEL polish for my 12 yr old daughter while I got my SNS. She ended up with Acrylic nails that were double the cost of what gel would be $70 and they were rude and wouldn’t try to assist in a resolution other than pay full price for what I DID NOT ASK FOR or take them off.. needless to say we waited for removal… NEVER again visiting this nail shop!!!Service:&nbsp;Manicure

Let me just say that I will not be back to this dreadful and stressful place! There are too many inexperienced nail techs there. For one, chair #10 cut my cuticle until it bled, then tried to burn my fingers in boiling hot acetone. Not to mention my nails were not smooth upon finish and were not filed down properly so they are extremely sharp and I have major scratches on me now . The lady “repaired” The 2 nails she messed up but did not make sure that all 10 of my nails looked like a fresh set. So now I have 2 fresh nails and 8 dull nails . It’s been 2 days since my “new SNS set”. I’m furious for so many reasons. Mainly the trash service and the botched nail job. Save yourself the trouble. Don’t come here and stay away from horrible seat #10.Service:&nbsp;Dip powder

I would give 0 stars if I could. I just left here 7/15/23, worst experience at a nail salon ever! Was never once greeted by anyone, the nail tech was extremely rude and rushed her work. If I didn’t really need my nails done today I would’ve got up and walked out. I will never come here again! Only friendly to white customers but my money spends just like theirs! Won’t get a dime from me again though for sure.
