I cannot in good conscience recommend Good Feet. To be fair, The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their product. But that’s where the good recognition ends. During the fitting process, we asked about cost. We were told that we would get to that and that it was “an investment”. I should have stopped the process at that point. After fitting me and taking me through the whole process, they began to ring me up and I saw the price exceeding $1700. Seriously. For off the shelf, premade inserts. I’ve had custom made inserts that were less than 1/3 the cost of these. We asked if they worked with insurance and we were told that he would have to email corporate for codes that “might” work with insurance. We elected to leave due to the outrageous price and the fact that no other options were offered. After reading the reviews for Good Feet, I am glad that we chose to leave. Their return policy is mentioned by several other reviewers, and I would say, “Let The Buyer Beware.”
Ashley was the associate’s name. Ashley is an absolute joy to work with. She is professional and totally knowledgeable. Ashley took all the time we needed, to explain the good feet system and demonstrated how well the system works. Unfortunately for us, we could not afford the purchase, so we left with the same pain in our feet we arrived with. Should we find the money in the future, we will revisit the store and have Ashley take care of us.
If you have foot/ alignment problems then you will appreciate the orthotics. I was not going to purchase anything just wanted to see what it was all about. Apparently my feet were so crooked that I almost cried trying the orthotics. By the end of the free part I found myself figuring out what card to purchase then with. You cannot go wrong of you truly have alignment issues.
I'm so thankful for Matthew & the Good Feet Store!!! I've had feet & Achilles tendon issues from age 11 yrs. Plus, I've had many surgeries and seen so many doctors for painful feet. Also, I've tried different orthotics from a couple different Podiatrists. I have a very high arch and have difficulty finding shoes that are comfortable. The orthotics I've bought, from Doctors, in the past didn't really fit many of my shoes. When I was younger fashionable shoes took priority over painful feet!? I'm a Senior Citizen and my feet pain is unbearable!!! When I wake in the morning I can hardly walk for the first few minutes. Now my balance is causing problems due to fear of falling. I was in Boise and decided to stop by the Good Feed Store because I could barely walk due to pain. I had planned on researching my options and prices. However, after talking with Matthew and trying their orthotics, I immediately had better balance. He had me try a tennis shoe, they sell, with the orthotics. He measured my feet, I usually buy a size 10 or 11 tennis shoe, depending on the type or brand of shoes . I fit into a size 9 shoe and a wider width. Ohmygoodness... I took a walk around the store and I immediately could tell a huge difference. Plus, Mathew explained how their orthotics were different than the previous orthotics I had bought from Podiatrists. I decided to purchase the package offered by Matthew. He explained he would follow up with me to make sure I was getting the best experience of their orthotics. Also, after using the orthotics for 30 days, he would get another imprint of my feet to see any changes from the imprint he took today. I'm so happy I stopped by the Good Feed Store today. Previously, I had been worried I would be shopping for a handicap Scooter in the near future!?!? I'm confident, I will be able to walk with my dog, Kali, without pain or fear of falling. Thank you Matthew. Also, Thank's to the Doctor who opened the Good Feet Stores. I'm looking forward to follow-up with Matthew in 30 days.
Matthew was a great informative salesman. The only negative I have is that he waited until he rung up the order to let me know it was SO EXPENSIVE!!! $3600 for my bride and I was NOT in our budget. Perhaps the sales force should not waste their time and more importantly the clients time. We were in there for 1 1/2 hours and actually were flabergasted when he told us the total. Your companyp should be more upfront about the extreme cost of this product. We decided that my feet and back are worse than my bride’s so we purchased the system for me, at this time. I am looking forward to the reevaluation to see how well this system worked!
I wasn’t sure what to expect when my doctor recommended the Good Feet store for my foot problems. I was pleasantly surprised by the care and attention I received from the foot specialist who gave professional guidance to the type of orthotics that would help me. After experiencing a little sticker shock, I have concluded that if I can avoid foot surgery the price for the orthotics was worth it. So far, so good! Thank you!
Amazing experience and very helpful! My son has Autism and is easily distracted and very direct about what he wants even if it’s not in the budget sometimes. The staff made it very easy to transition to what we needed. Thank you and we appreciate the follow up text! So important -Kaytlin needs a raise!
Miguel was amazing. I took a family member here and we could have not asked for a better employee! He listened to us and actually made us feel seen. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Thank you, Miguel!
I have had Good Feet arch supports for 20 years. That had flattened out some so I went in to have them checked. I have the lifetime ones so I got a free replacement pair and bought another pair for my slippers. I couldn't believe how much better my back feels now.
The arch supports are amazing they helped me so much especially during my military fitness run i was able to complete the test with no knee pain yes they are a bit pricey but they work very well and help you in the long run. Kaytlin helped me she is very intelligent and helped me with any questions I had. Thanks Kaytlin
