We offer a variety of group-exercise classes and personal fitness training in a small group or private setting on beautiful Royal Palm Pointe. Our Team members are experts in their field with many years experience, education and welcoming personalities. Baby Boomers and Seniors will feel quite comfortable and challenge themselves in a safe, accepting environment.
Some of our Group Classes include Step & Tone, Zumba, Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga, Barre, Cardio Circuit, Lo-Impact Aerobic Dance, TRX TRAINING, Core Fusion, Foam Rolling & Stretch, Balance & Movement
Personal Training, up to 4 Participants (by Appointment only) focus on personal goals and healthy bodies
