I'm new to Albany and have been looking for a good thrift. Good will is fantastic. Great clothes Great prices Great lamps Valerie and other staff was amazing friendly and helpful in finding items. I will make this a regular stop. Tue is the SALE day

drove 30 mins to this store just to find a sign on the door saying theyre closed today. im not the only one, ive seen 6 elderly couples walking up to the door and being disappointed when they read the sign just while writing this review. wouldve saved a lot of peoples time and gas if they had just updated their hours.

It was my first time in a Goodwill, and it was what I’d hoped it would be. I didn’t have enough time to browse as much as I wanted to, but I noticed the staff is super kind and the store is clean and neat. The amount of black clothing made me happy as soon as I walked in the door.

I've been into a few goodwill but this place was neat and clean and didn't feel too full so I really liked it

The store was well organized and clean. There was a lot of different things to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Valerie K .I will shop there again in the near future.

Brightly lit well organized store. Unfortunately, prices are erratic and hugely inflated for used items. Better values can be had at Walmart for new items.

I love this store. I always find great clothes and random treasures. Lots of high end name brands too. I went yesterday and although nothing I bought was the color of the day, I spent $27 and got three tops, an adorable and comfy sweater and a dvd. The store is very tidy and the staff is great. I was waiting to check out yesterday, and a customer was crabbing at the employee about something ridiculous. I think it was how they categorize coats and the pricing or something. The employee was very courteous and I felt she handled the situation very well. Make sure you say hi to Valerie, the GM. She is friendly and fun!

Went on a Monday was told it was Tuesday. So miss leading. Also no phone number to talk to anyone. Email only.wanted a voice. This was for the troy hoosick street store

Nice goodwill, clean, and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only knocking off one star as some items seemed overpriced. Saw things that 100% I know are from the dollar store listed for $4 - $8+ Update with the company's review comment: very well aware of how goodwill works and want to support community, workers, fair wage, etc but that doesn't mean charging a dollar store, $1-1.25 item for $4-$8 is the flex. There's a way to price things fairly.

Huge selection for women. Very small selection for men. Decent prices. Very clean store and really helpful staff.
