Plenty of clothes, books, household items. You can usually find what you want, and a few surprises. Their knick-knack area looks like a tornado went through it; otherwise, everything else is hung or stacked neatly. Always friendly service.
They stopped washing the clothing they get in other than that it's the best thrift in town
I usually visit this goodwill when I'm in the area and let me tell you it was in the worst condition I've ever seen it in. Usually it's very clean and well kept. Today there were donations all over the front and in the way. The one employee damica g...I think was the name on my receipt, she was yelling at employees and barking orders and telling the others that quote "she wasn't playing today." She's yelling and saying all of this all the while she's ringing me up and in front of other customers as well. I understand all businesses are busy and need the help right now, but, there was absolutely no excuse for the state of that store.
I hope for a better environment and experience for the future ones because for some of us the mental and physical scars will last a lifetime
If I could give it less stars I would. The prices are obnoxious. 7.99 for a stained up Walmart shirt no thanks. The stuff is junk. I used to come here first to find stuff now I rarely stop in. Used baby sleepers 5.99 who would pay that? The products are no different than the other local thrift stores. Only difference is the prices are 10x higher. A bit greedy considering they get everything for free. The nicer things don’t even make it to the sales floor. I know why everyone in town jokes about throwing off all the unwanted items and trash at goodwill. Yeah I’ll pass and spend my money somewhere else.
Very decent Goodwill and it's in a plaza with other stores. Not a lot of men's clothing, but that seems to be in most stores of this nature for some reason or another. Staff are all friendly each time I have been into this location.
Same old items! Manager is terrible. If you have an issue she get rude and nasty. Very full of herself! Barely ever see any different items, unless I'm shopping at the wrong time. This place has really gown down hill. Most of the employees are nice. Use to be my favorite store to shop. Do you even drug test your employees? Because that manager there is one hot mess.

I love this goodwill. Everytime I'm in the keyser area I try and stop. The people who work there are super friendly and nice. This location is also always very clean and organized. They always have a good variety and it is a good sized goodwill for around here. Will visit again. Thanks.
