Goodwill - Western Lights

First time thrifting and I was so, so happy to find pants that fit me. Employees were friendly and one even told me to have a nice day as I was leaving, this was pretty surprising considering not many friendly interactions are expected of service workers anymore. 2 pants and 1 pair of shorts all for $18!! I’m so impressed and pleased that I’ll have to return to other Goodwills soon to see if they have more pants that fit me.

They have no public bathrooms anymore which is a bummer but the worker there was very polite and friendly. Justin was his name.

A little pricier than a thrifty shopper but better selection. Management was very nice. Not for profit, money earned goes to a good cause. If you feel the urge to shop, you can always find something here to satisfy and it won't break the bank.

Had alot of nice things for cheap. It's not over priced like some thrift shops are. Although a few pieces of furniture I don't think they shouldn't have been selling because it didn't look that great. The woman's bathroom was out of order but it wasn't a big deal. Would recommend. Edit: The 2nd time I went both bathrooms were out of order. They should sell sets together especially when it's an entertainment stand with 2 shelves. It was all separate and 1 shelf was gone It had both the first time I went.

The forest sales woman was very helpful I bought a vase I went over to the electronics department and the young man that was unloading a table onto the floor had a little bit of an attitude but I didn't let that s*** bother me I brought a pair of headphones and then I want to counter I bought embarrass a bar of soap and it's flashing white for my backpack when I'm walking home at night your car doesn't hit me spend $18 and overall it was five star

I shopped mostly for baby clothes and found some great stuff at great prices. Removed a star because the baby clothes were not organized at all by size or gender. So it was rather time consuming to sort through them all. They did have a good selection though, and the service at this location was VERY good-- employees were friendly and helpful!

I was charged for something that I specifically said that I didn't want if the price was $5.99 and the cashier kept saying, "I got you", as if she understood me and I was rushing to get my bus, once on the bus I looked at the receipt and she had charged me the $5.99 that I repeatedly told her that I didn't want to pay. I think it's a freaking shame to scam people just to make a sale, to make it appear that you're really doing an awesome job when you're not. I left a message on the 800 number.

Went there very excited to look around, was there for about an hour with a cart full. My friend and I were sorting through our carts to make sure we only try on the things we really want and needed to try on when a worker walked by and complained about working and closed the fitting rooms 2 hours early so she wouldn’t have to wait. No one wanted to let us try on our clothes and had bad attitudes about it so we left with only a couple items and had to put everything back. Overall disappointing experience.

I normally can’t say enough good things about this store. Always friendly service and great finds. I was in last night and the computers went down and they had to close the store. I had a cart full, probably $150 worth of just clothes. I asked if they would hold them and I would be in the second they opened in the morning. They said they were not allowed to hold anything. I spent over an hour shopping. Was I told I could come back when they opened and shop again.

Absolutely horrible. Any place that can sell stuff that, if it doesn't work, you can't get a refund/exchange is a SCAM and needs to be avoided.
