Amazing service! New employees in place that helped me out throughly! Came in for an oil change and asked them to check my tire light and they let me know it was a sensor without charging me extra! Will definitely return to get my sensor changed out!

Had rear breaks redone. Great service, great price. Can't wait for them to wear out so I can go back.

I LOVE goodyear tire! Never had one issue, they treat me like family and always really considerate and straight forward. The mechanics there are just incredible! Shout out to a guy Names Sean at this location! Not only is he very welcoming but doesn’t BS me, and is always straight forward. He always ask how I am, and we joke around about my small little car. Always look forward to seeing him and hearing his funny stories! Never been once disappointed with him about my service or car. When he tells me I got other problems with my car I always listen because 10/10 he is always right! Love the service, the people, and respect everyone there! I’m gonna be going here for awhile! Keep it up guys!

Great experience. Especially since I’ve been having bad experiences with other shops. Had my rack and pinions replaced. They did amazing. Great service, great price and did it quick. Everywhere else put me out a few weeks. Thank you Tom

Had all of the struts replaced and also new rear tires replaced on my car several months ago. several days upon receiving the vehicle, the car felt different. The handling changed that the steering wheels seemed to turn when I hit a bump on the road. The steering wheels also seem to pull one way or the other when I apply the breaks. When I reported the issue, the car was checked and I was told that there was nothing wrong. I just recently had my wheels rotated and balanced at the place and reported that the problems are still there. It was checked once more and now the problem is the bad rotor and worn break pads. Cheap deal doesn't always mean good deal. By the way, this is the first time I had new wheels that did not smell new. Usually the smell of new rubbers fills the garage. The "new" tires didn't do that.

I got a flat tire.....literally in front of this Goodyear Auto / Tire Shop next to the O'rielly's. I was actually relieved. It was around 4:25pm; 1:35 minutes before they close. Based on my previous experiences with other tire shop like Discount Tires I figured Goodyear Auto / Tire Shop could take my flat tire off and put on spare. NOPE! The person in the front office said he was too slammed to help me out! I think they had 2 bays with cars. It would have taken 15 min MAX to charge me to lift car, remove flat, replace with spare, and lower car. That would have been great customer service. I am sure this is a good shop..... just not today! They did put free air in my spare though!

After three trys trying to fix my 2003 lincoln aviator, that I had paid for. That also had previous history with for like over some years. I pretty much gave up on this place.

I just want to say thank you to Kenny and his crew for the work they did for me today. Kenny got me in even though he was fully booked for the day. I needed a flat tire repaired and an oil change. He promised he'd get me in and done even if he had to do it himself. He quoted me a good price on 2 new tires that needed replaced that was an afterthought when I took my car in to drop it off and when he called me with the bad news that my rear tire couldn't be fixed he worked his magic and gave me an excellent deal on 4 new tires. I've never had service at an auto place go so smoothly nor have staff and mechanics been so kind and helpful. Kenny worked with my schedule when he didnt have to having booked all his staff for the day AND made sure I got the best price available without me feeling like I needed to haggle or was getting ripped off. And his excellent mechanics did extra work and got it done well before the time I was told it would be done. We've gone to this location for years but Kenny and his team gained customers for life. Thank you!!!

I have been using the Goodyear Auto Service center since I moved here in 2007. They have treated me like a valued customer, from the first time I walked in the door. I feel they give me the best service, always, even when I just need a tire check. I recommend them to everyone! My service people are The Best! Thanks for always being there when I need help.
