Been here for 3 months. Christina was not helpful and rude today. I asked questions about where my money was going and I got asked if I didn’t read the hand book. I needed clarification on why I was being charged so high on utilities and did not get an answer. She had no sympathy for my concerns and I left more confused from the office. Pool is nice though. Use it because you’re going to get charged for everything. 200$ on top of your rent.
So grateful for all the amazing staff that keeps Remington Ranch running! Assistant Manager Denise is truly a professional, she takes care of her residents and is easy to get in contact with if you ever have any concerns, AND always responds in a timely matter. Her and her team have resolved any concern we’ve had, and done it in the most timely and professional matter. Also, a huge thank you to the amazing Maintenace Team, especially Ángel! He has been beyond patient with the maintenance requests we’ve had and he has gone above and beyond to fix them all. Denise made our transfer to a bigger unit so effortless and stress free!! We truly made the best choice by renewing for another year! Dealing with terrible office staff at other apartments lately really make me appreciate how good we have it with Denise and her team. Thank you, we appreciate all that you guys do!
Appliances were in poor working condition or scratched up. Maintenance requests are not followed up correctly and no notice given that the work was ever completed. Over priced units, very little square footage and no storage space at all. Charges for 2 trash services dumpster and valet, not optional !!!! Very high common area utility bills, water, electric, sewer with no meter readings or amount of usage data. In addition to all this, $15.00 parking fee each and every month. A plus however is there are NO BUGS AT ALL. Friendly neighbors.
I’ve been staying here for 2+ years now and Ive always recommended people to move in, I’ve actually got them 3 new renters to be exact and they ended up somehow getting them so upset they decided to leave. I’ve tried on multiple occasions to resolve issues we’ve had with them and it seems like they just put a band aid over it and call it a day. Their office workers are SOOO LAZY. They never answer the phones, they tell you they will call you back but never do and then lie to you about them trying to reach back out, they “try” to make the calls they need to, they “try” to do the stuff you ask or even put in service orders for and it gets put to the side. I was overcharged for rent and they can’t even refund you the amount they overcharged, they just use it as credit for next months rent when it was not your mistake in the first place. HORRIBLE COMPLEX and will not be recommending this place anymore. If I can give this place less than a 1 star review for all the stuff they’ve put me through, I would.
Do not rent here is all dirty, a lot of people that smoke wed around, people with pets never pick up their dogs waste, manager is always in mad mood, she dosen't care about property conditions, trash everywhere!!! People or their visitors take your parking spot their dont respect, a lot of weird people is leaving here now, section 8 is all around, cats everywhere
Maribel from your maintenance team always does an awesome job. She’s a hard worker, knows what she’s doing and is a wonderful soul. Remington Ranch is lucky to have her.
Front desk staff were always super helpful. Had a bad situation of miss communication that they resolved and fixed for us promptly. We were recommended and now I would like to recommend them.
There are a few really nice, personable personnel in the office. It is unfortunate that they are learning from poor management. We have lived there for a year and it will be only a year. There are so many issues. No recording in the office to leave a message. No respect for renters when things like trash was not picked up and they still charged a fee. There explanation for everything is Fair Housing. What we do for one we have to do for all. I wonder if they ever considered it would be fair for all not to be charged for trash pick up that is not being picked up. And let's not forget about the response from maintenance department. The dishwasher, still doesn't work nor does the garbage disposal. Maintenance actually showed up one day to fix the patio door a month and a half after a request. They had the wrong tools and didn't even have the correct screws. The mail service is a joke and mail boxes are broken into on a regular basis. The tile in bathroom needs repair, the windows need cleaning and repair, the door to the wash room hits the refrigerator, and there are huge dogs living in one bedroom apartments that constantly bark. When we move out it will be left clean but I can almost guess that there will be some conniving reason we will not get our funds back. I encourage the decent office help to know that not all places of work function this way. There are laws, such as Fair Housing, that are in effect to protect both the renter and management. It is not supposed to be one sided. I actually called this evening and I was a little frustrated. The office worker actually set the phone down so she didn't have to listen to me. It must be hard to get so many calls from renters that feel mistreated, not listened to, not respected and treated unfairly. One of my part time jobs is a certified mediator with the legal system. It is called Alternative Dispute Resolution. It might be nice for your organization to set up where your renters are heard, really heard and whatever the issues are they are heard and resolution can actually be a win win. Too bad these types of issues have to exist in a place one wants to call Home.
The apartment complex management personnel do NOT care for their residents, DO NOT LIVE/RENT HERE!! They refuse to accept responsibility for damages caused by their neglect. Without going into to all the specifics it has been determined by lawyers and current residents that Remington Ranch management is neglectful and lack any concern for issues residents have to deal with due to unprofessional management of the property. The actual manager is almost never around and having a conversation with the asst. manager Denise was unsuccessful, she was very rude and could not hold a professional phone conversation. She actually just hung up! A little background, …After creating several requests for repairs over several months the management ignored them or just didn’t know how to make the repairs correctly. Eventually the issue cost the tenants personally $$ and the management refused to compensate them for anything! Repeated conversations with Denise and the part-time manager went nowhere. Usually it’s in the best interest of a landlord to want to do what’s best for your tenants and create a lasting relationship with them. This is NOT what management does here. I have never ever left a review on any website/app or ANYWHERE for any company or apartment or anything in my whole 50 plus years of living, but this place did my loved ones DIRTY!! DO NOT RENT HERE PLEASE!! If you care for yourself or someone considering living/renting here please encourage them to look somewhere else. This is all true and factual and hopefully my loved ones don’t face any reprisals from this post. And if they had a 0 star rating that would’ve been selected. I've been living here for about 4 years and I was going to say that it's a nice location, and amazing at times. staff is nice. Except for one. I was disappointed when my rent went up so much this year. I think management should consider and evaluate good tenants, folks that been living here this long and always paying rent on time, don't bother or cause any trouble. Should get a little discount by not raising the rent almost 300 dollars, In one year.
