I was there on 7/18/2023 My appointment was 5 am Check-in super quick at the window They unload in 30 mi. And another 20 min got the paperwork It's a wonderful place, the lady who works there at check-in is super nice! Super friendly Don't get confused there are 3 different we're there !

There overnight parking I went to back side of building checked in at 645 for a 8 am apt..got door by 7am out by 9 am. When u check in bring bills and seal to driver window near the main front entrance..lady at window was nice..no bathroom on that side of building must go to back side porta potty.

Here at 4:30, checked in at 5:45, backed into a door at 5:55, unloading started at 6:32, unload finished at 6:46, it is now 9:00 and still being held hostage. Every minute I’m being held here is money out of my pocket just to wait for a text to show me where I can send them more money just so I can leave after driving 1200 miles to deliver less than half a trailer of THEIR stuff to them. Can anyone tell me how this is ethical? Last I checked, being held for ransom was illegal.

Arrived at 06:30, checked in at 06:50 for a 07:00 appointment. Received call for door at 07:32, "when that truck pulls out". Docked at 07:59, started unloading at 09:03, called at 09:58 to tell me to pull out and park. Received text for lumper at 10:00. Paid, waited a few minutes, walked to the Receiving window to collect my bills. The lady at the Receiving window was friendly and pleasant. Maybe it is a different person than some are complaining about, or maybe *you* are the problem. When she says she will call, take that at face value. Asking a bunch of questions does not make you assertive or alpha; it makes you a wannabe micro-manager. Yes, parking is not right in front of the Receiving window, but there is not a damned one of us that a bit of a walk will hurt. I cannot speak to overnight parking, but it seems possible. The only trucks that were a problem as far as manoeuvering were those too lazy to walk a bit. Backing into the dock was not difficult...not a straight-in back, but not hard. Finding the place and correct driveway was not at all difficult, even in the dark. The Google Maps satellite view and street view can usually show what one needs to know.

The sign says "Open 0930" they got to work almost 1100. We delivered ONE pallet. It took them almost 2 hours to do one job. When my husband went in to get his paperwork, they were all laughing and joking around and playing on the phone. When checking in, the girl told one driver she's pushing his appointment back another day because, "she didn't like the way he looked" so that driver wrote rejected on his bol. These people need to learn, drivers deserve to eat. They deserve to use the bathroom and they don't deserve to be treated the way they are. Not all trucks are equipped with bathrooms and full kitchens.

Can I leave 0 stars..? checked in at 5:45am for a 6am appointment. Was given a door at 6:15ish but they didnt start unloading til 9:30. Then once they were done they told me theyll have my papers ready till 11:30. So im waiting here waiting for my paper yet.

The lady at receiving window is worst lady I ever seen. She replies you with fake smile and make your day as worst as possible. I came here for check in at 03:45 and got my paperwork at 10am. When I went to window at 07am and asked for the paperwork she responded me with a very rude tone and told me did I called you. She never reply your questions.

Check in was easy. Unload time not bad. 2 stars is because they have NO bathrooms for truckers. Not even a damn Porta potty.

Tonya at driver entrance is very nice and has excellent customer service we appreciate you as an over the road driver thank you! By the way OTR drivers drivers check in is the far left side last door and don’t forget your seal and paperwork to check in.

Over all very disorganized process. I arrived around 5am and 7hrs later iam still backed into a dock. The green light is on just waiting for call to come to office to pick up paperwork. Totally lack of respect or sence of urgency to get drivers unloaded.
