Best pharmacy ever!! So helpful and kind. All of the big corporate pharmacies were out of my prescription and couldn’t fill in time. I came here and they filled my script within 15 min. I’m so thankful for privately owned local businesses like this.

I love this pharmacy! The staff that work there are extremely friendly, professional and always helpful. I’ve never had an issue with them and they always are prompt about filling your prescriptions. Mrs. Judy, the staff member that answers the phone and works at the front desk is one of the nicest women I’ve ever had to deal with at a business. If I could rate them with six stars I would. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Of course, it helps that they are a smaller, family owned business because it makes them more personable.

Gordon's is a family business, not a chain or franchise. If you want personal, individualised care, they're the best. If you want groceries and indifference with your meds, look elsewhere.

Great little small town pharmacy. Excellent customer service. They actually take the time to explain your meds and any side effects. Without rushing through it. I wish more pharmacies had this type of customer service

Best local pharmacy in Karns/Knoxville TN. This is locally owned and operated Christian family business. They take pride in serving customers and you might even have grandchildren waiting on you. Highly recommend this local pharmacy which attached is a very cute boutique store in which is also family owned called Spoiled Rotten. They have been in business for years and know customers on first name basis. This is a store in which takes pride in customers.

Christian establishment, honest good people, will always look out for your best interest. Don't always have everything in stock, but will always make necessary accommodations. I can't emphasize enough they're good people doing what they think is right :always.

Always pleasant when I come in. They are a great hometown drug store that treats there customers like family.

I've been using Gordon's for years. Great service, very friendly. They treat you like family. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my medications.

Mike Gordon please pleaseplease do anything in your power to keep Michelle working for you. She and You ARE GORDON DRUG. She is quitting because she has to be able to pick her child at school and I totally respect her for that and having to work until 6:00. PM she has no other way to get her. You will never be able to replace her SO if she could leave early enough to pick her child up maybe she'd stay and let that other girl work part time or find another CPhT who will. You can look this world over for another Michelle but you'll never find one but CPhT's are everywhere Mary Keck
