Description

S.E.T. Guns and Range began three years ago as Someone Else's Treasures Thrift Store. We were open 2 days a week. Boy have we grown...we are now a full fledged Gun Store with 5 lane Indoor Range and we are now open 7 days a week. We are still the same friendly family owned company that we always have been but selling different things. Our store has grown and we sell not only guns but also Ammo, Holsters and other gun accessories. Handgun Carry Classes are offered weekly!

This place is amazing! I came into this store as a first time gun owner and the staff and even the customers were very informative, understanding, and judgement free. They make you sign a waver and read some rules that go so in depth you can’t just skim through without actually reading them. They make sure you are safe and arent a liability to the ones around you and vice versa. Very nice indoor range too. They may not have the best selection for guns and such but they have some of the best prices around. And they have an outstanding holster selection. I would recommend this range to all my friends and i would even recommend the store itself to all my friends. Id give 6 stars if i could. Given the negative review below i can conclude that this place makes me feel safe by not letting someone who acts like a kid stand next to me and shoot.
Nice small range and friendly people. Takes some time to register to be able to shoot for your first time but understandable. My son is 18. He likes to go shoot and can't without an adult over 21 here. No one stays on the range with you and you're responsible for keeping yourself and others safe. Which if you can't then you don't need to be there. Gun safety a priority. We will go back if our regular range is closed again.
this range is so awful you cant even imagine, woman sits there, she is very rude and not professional, probably she things she is a Margaret Thatcher.. meanwhile when I went there 11-30 am she had no customers at all . but pretends she is something... you soon will loose your work .. who will come to you in you cockroach range.. if it is called range?.. you have to read twice their rules, which are corrected by handwriting several times.. those range owners have no clue at all about the business or how range works..
Instructor's Name was Evan, he was so great with the safety course, made it not boring, and while Incorporating the importance while learning, he made it Fun. I'm located in Florida, but if I lived in Tennessee here I'd definitely come again.
This review is in response to David Met/David Meto's scathing reviews: my husband, my son, and I were in the store along with a couple of other customers at the same time as David that day. Let me start by saying that my experiences with this shop and range have been nothing less than positive. The staff is extremely knowledgable, friendly, and has been accomodating to my family's needs in every way. I will continue to be a member of this range and continue purchasing my firearms from them as long as they are here for me to do so. On the day in question, when this gentleman was turned away, I recall feeling rather uncomfortable with him as soon as he walked in the door. His firearm was being carried into the location in a grocery bag... not in a case nor secured in a holster as it should have been. For me, it was a safety issue to see someone so flippant in their firearm safety measures walking into any establishment, even if it was a gun store and range. I considered it to be distatestful and disrespectful. He was very clearly told upon asking about the range that he needed to fill out the waiver form, read the rules, and watch a short safety video. He filled out the waiver, but he didn't read the rules. The employee knew this because the rules contain instructions that go along with the waiver to show that he had done his due diligence by reading them and he had clearly not followed these instructions. She explained this to him twice and when he became argumentative and verbally combative, refusing to comply, she turned him away. She was not rude nor was she disrespectful in any way. It was at this time that my family left, as we became even more uncomfortable at this stage of the confrontation with him. He exited behind us, disgruntled at having been turned away. Reading the rules is a safety step in and of itself. It shows that you can understand and follow instructions and that you take the safety of yourself and others as seriously as the staff at the shop and range do. I applaud the fact that the emlployee in the building took the actions that she did. Watching her and knowing that she was willing to stand up against someone who had such blatant disregard for firearm safety and who -should- be turned away from a range is just one more reason I will continue to do business with S.E.T. Guns and Range.

Awesome store with a wide selection gun's. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff to help you determine the right fit for anything you're looking for. Steve and Andy go above and beyond to fully educate you on gun options and benefits and differences between them...and to find the perfect choice for you The gun prices are the best you will find. The gun range is very clean and secure. Complete with state of the art target placement and retrievement devices . I highly recommend signing up for one of there yearly subscription plans and save big on you frequent returns. Great commeroditty among patrons with safety as the number 1 concern. Steve is there to offer help should you want to make modifications to your piece. Great, fun neighbor place to spend you ammo!
Friendly helpful staff. Nice clean place to shoot. Well lit lanes. First timers be prepared to enjoy the safety video before stepping on to the range. About 20 minutes long.
Knowledgeable and respectful staff, clean range and a good peaceful shooting environment, will be coming back more often.
