GOTHAM PILATES is owned ad operated by native New Yorker, Laura Sepulveda. With over 25 years of fitness and dance experience, Laura’s passion is helping others function more efficiently for today and for the future. The Gotham Pilates studio is bright and invigorating, with a unique boutique experience. Group class size is limited to provide individual attention. Private /semi-private pilates sessions are limited to two sessions at a time. Our talented Gotham Team members are: Shabnam Guvendik, Diana Puig and Emily Brouillard.
