Great…really great…service from a gentleman named Mahim U. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and took great care of a family member who was with me. It’s tougher than ever to find someone who genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in what they do. But we found one today - Mahim…thank you for everything. You’re a real pro.
Scammers, slimy people. I purchased my iPhone 14 back in March 2023. I was talked into adding on an Apple Watch, Case and screen protector. With the explanation that I would have free replacement if it breaks. It’s now July 26 2023. I went back with a cracked screen protector and case. Was told I needed to register an account. The sales guy helped me do that. But then the shipping was $25 for a case! The screen protector “out of stock” and $15 to have it replaced. Very misleading. I would have put an Amazon case on for $10 like I did with the iPhone 11 that lasted me for years. Don’t go, bold face liars, scammers, out of stock. Bad karma all over this place.
Went in to return a phone and exchange. Got an email that phone was delievered to the store. Called the store numerous times and they stated will call back with an update never did. Went into the store and claimed could not process because the original employee that started the return not in. Not sure why you need the same employee in order to return a phone. Poor customer service and refusal to help.

Mahim was great. Explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Was pleasant and personable. There was another customer in the store who was rude and unpleasant. I was impressed with how Mahim handled such a difficult customer. He was patient and nice despite this customer poor attitude

Mahim was great, I stopped in for a new phone and he helped me get setup within an hour. He was very helpful answering my questions and explaining my options and what to expect. I remember how long of a process it used to be to get a new phone and transfer everything but this was super simple and fast.
Great service, very helpful information and very happy with my switch! Mahim was very professional and very helpful.
Mahem was absolutely awesome. Great customer service and made a long process worth it. Watching him juggle multiple customers at the same time was impressive.
