Went there to see Dr Daniel Jones, I get called to the back by a nursing assistant who was very rude & ignorant, she called had the door open when I got closed to the door she let the door go & it slammed in my face, there no management to complain to, and the way they act this must be something normal for her to do to the patients that in here. If you want ok services with disrespectful employees than this is your spot, I will never come back to this ratchet, ghetto doctors office again.

This place should not be serving the public. The staff is either immigrant or in need of a job badly. There's no customer service skills, a lack of empathy for patients and all around a cluster of ignorance. I understand the neighborhood but it seems that the employees have sucked up the nastiness of the constant barrage of ignorance they received from patients. I caution you before you go DON'T, unless you have no insurance and decide to stay within the neighborhood.

The front desk staff member for behavior health is horrible! They talk amongst themselves then when asked them a question they have a bad attitude as if were bothering them. I brings my daughter here for behavioral health. Everytime here they’re always over an hour late on calling her back once in back it be a quick conversation not even pertaining to her behavior or how to help with her behavior. I’m soooo fed up it’s like u can’t get good help with out getting disrespected

Bad service they tell u to come 15 min early but don get seen within 30 min up to a hour past ur appointment time

Tbh I don't even know if this is a fair review because I've never actually got to see the inside of this clinic. I got a new pcp and was trying to see her, but on the phone the receptionist said they don't even have a schedule for her?? The scheduled my for a teledoc appt with another doctor and no one called. This happened twice. Finally the third time got a teledoc appt. Told me I needed to see a doctor in person and that they would call me within the next few days to schedule. Two weeks later... nothing. Just because we are low income patients doesn't mean we deserve to be treated like this. Will tru yo find a better place.

Very long wait. Waited over an hour and a half to been seen by Ms. Whitmore. Although staff was friendly, I’m not too confident about returning.

It take 30 minutes waiting on hold to schedule an appointment. People who need affordable Healthcare deserve better service than this. This is a barrier for anyone seeking medical assistance in this establishment.

They keep you waiting for more than 3 hours and most of the front desk lady are not compassionate. They treat you like you don’t have choice.

Been going to woodland health center for over 10yrs and I must say every year the service and fake doctors have gotten worse. Too many times I had morning appointments but wasn’t see til the afternoon. One time my son had a appointment and we were in the doctors room for about 2hrs to only find out that we were forgotten about and that everybody went to lunch. These fake doctors don’t have a clue to what’s going on. They will have you in the office for hours and give you a referral to see another doctor at the closest hospital. I had walked in for a rash, the man didn’t even look at my skin at all. As I’m talking explaining what’s going on, he’s on his phone texting away. After he gave me a referral for the hospital I asked him ‘so if your not a dermatologist who are you? he didn’t say anything but smiled and left the room. I’m in the process of finding a better health care for me and my children. I refuse to continue to waste time in woodland health center. It’s full of inexperienced workers whose only their for a check.

I've been coming here for years and for the most part have had good experiences. My last appointment, this past week was ridiculous. I had a 10:00 appointment and after waiting more than an hour, was told there were still two people ahead of me. I don't blame the front desk or MA's, because they can only move as fast as the doctors allow. Now I have to wait almost two weeks to see ANOTHER doctor, cause the one that I had has lost a patient. They need to do better at this facility.
