This is one of the worst facilities I have ever worked at. I would not recommend leaving your family members in their care. Most of the nurses are rude and do not care about the patients. They also tend to ignore call lights on purpose if it is a resident they do not like. I wouldn’t recommend that place for caring for animals, let alone people.
I'm not exactly sure if this is a good place or not to put your family members. You got the good & the bad. Some nurses are really great, and then they're some that just sit around all day. It really has went down hill ever since the new administration person took over. Like they don't care along as they're making money, it seems..
Such an incredible facility to bring your loved one for long term care, or even for rehabilitation after a fall, broken bone, etc. The staff are so willing to help in all areas and will go above and beyond to make sure that their residents' stay is all it should be and more. I am so grateful for how well they took care of my great grandmother during her stay with them. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for physical therapy needs or long term needs for loved ones or even themselves.
My aunt was is at this faculty. She was due to be discharged at 1 today. We’re still waiting because they haven’t done her paperwork. The last time I visited there was a huge puddle of water in the floor. It was not cleaned the entire visit and my aunt said it was there all day. Food was horrible. A lot of staff is very rude. I will be fling a complaint with the state on her behalf. I would not kennel a dog at this facility
Multiple times a family member of mine staying here was not put on her Trilogy machine at night like she was supposed to be. I called to voice some concerns and after speaking to someone, I received a voicemail with innaccurate information about her Trilogy. It was claimed that a nurse looked at it and it only had "one hose" when I know for a fact that this is wrong; there is one hose for the mask portion, and another seperate part where a hose plugs into for O2 to be delivered through the machine, therefore there are 'two hoses'. They are understaffed at the moment but I'm not sure that this excuses how long it takes sometimes for nurses to answer patient's call lights; sometimes you have to go personally speak to someone face to face to get them to help you with whatever the patient is needing help with, after no one has answered the call light. I would not only not recommend this place, but would actively recommend against putting your loved ones here.
NOT AT ALL HAPPY!!! My mother was sent there for rehab and it has been a nightmare since day 1.... my mother laid on thew floor all night, she had an UTI untreated for DAYS, they failed to get her to her follow up appointment, NOT TO MENTION THE ANTS CRAWLING ON HER BED AND PILLOW!!! I have been a nurse for 30 years and was ASPPAILED at the incompetence of this facility, WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS
My mom was there, no one on. the place was trained on a trilogy so she didnt get to wear it for almost 2 weeks. They didnt crush her meds. No one ever answered call light. Poor nursing and poor care
Staff is amazing and willing to help anyway they can. Very Christian like people work here!
