Grace nails and spa Arlington MA

The staff was friendly but I felt rushed. She told me my nails were dry. The moment I walked out the door and put my hands in my pocket to get my keys, polish was smeared off. I walked back in and she was able to fix it but it was annoying. They also didn't last at all. Note, these are my real nails. I only had them cleaned up and painted. The first pic is right after I got them done and they looked great. The next pic is only 2 days later.

All technicians are different but mine made me feel very rushed. My nails were shaped lopsided, and they felt like they needed to be filed after i left, but my biggest pet peeve is the color process. When i looked at my nails before final coat and could see my nail thru the nail polish, i asked for another coat. The woman yelled at me and said only 3 coats. Ive NEVER experienced someone who cared more about the number of coats of polish over the end result. I will not be returning.

My go-to nail salon in Arlington. Great staff, great quality. Tip: I bring my own polish so that I can touch-up myself.

I just spend $155not including tip on this place and the man who works there argued with me for more tip. It’s not my responsibility to pay for your employees wages. You just lost a client.

I love this place. They have TONS of nail services gel, acrylic, dip, silkwrap, manicure... you name it, they do it!, many types of pedicures, & TONS of colors to choose from. LOTS of chairs and employees, so if you go with a friend you can both get your nails done at the same time which I love when I take my daughter or niece. Everyone that works there is talented, kind, and helpful. They really care about their customers. I highly recommend this place! As I always mention in my reviews when relevant, going here supports a small, female, and minority owned business. Support these types of businesses as much as possible!

The lady who looks like the owner's wife, is rude ans impolite. She always bargains for more tip. I have been given wrong price over the phone and then two times, the owner's wife who is the cashier asked for more tip for her employees. I give tip every time, the owner lady two times asked for more tip rudely ans impolitely and she argued with me for couple of times. That is ridiculous, I pay more for tip, once I am happy of your service, not because you force me too. It is not my problem if you do not pay enough to your employees.

I just had a pedicure at Grace Nails, it's the best one I've ever had, and I've had many! I was in a constant state of relaxation between the technician and the massage chair, and then at the end I received a shoulder massage while my toes were drying! The salon was clean, and the staff members were friendly and welcoming. It was a pretty impressive experience, I highly recommend Grace Nails!!!

Updated review, from 5 to 10 stars! Decided to splurge on a gel French manicure. After 2 weeks it still looks great. I'm getting so many compliments, she put on so many layers, checking in to ask if I liked it throughout the process. Still looks perfect. Also, a nice massage. There for the first time, will return.

Great local spot. My feet aren’t easy to deal with, but they always make me feel comfortable and confident when I leave. The pampering you get during the mani pedi is certainly worth the price .

This is my absolute favorite place to get my nails done! I have lived in the area for over 5 years and have tried out several different nail salons. Just on a whim I came across Grace Nails & Spa. The experience was unlike any other nail salon! Grace takes their time with every pedicure and manicure, offering excellent top of the line treatments but even providing a little special touch to the standard manicure. Each manicure you receive a paraffin wax along with a back massage! I always feel valued as a client and have even raved about this nail salon to all of my friends bringing in 5 new clients on a regular basis for this salon because I truly think they are the best place on the block! I'll be sure to keep continuing going to only Grace Nails!
