HORRIBLE PLACE! If I can give this review no stars I would. As a mother & having medical background myself this office has the worst customer service & midwife Ms. Moore. Ms. Moore expressed to my daughter at 18, with me present that she should know labs & UA is something she should have requested at her initial appointment. Of course I responded, that my daughter didn’t go to medical school. That those requests should come from the medical professional, not the patient. Corporate expressed urine analysis is protocol & guess what it wasn’t done. From trying to making an appointment, to trying to get clarity on how could someone be told their pregnant without a UA or blood work. Mind blowing how they breached HIPPA & broke clinical protocols. Through the whole weeks of multiple discrepancies, I stayed respectful. Office manager Robert, did not start the conversation with concern. When I wanted to express my concerns & complaint. He was more focused on how could I possibly have a complain. As I started to express my concerns, he cut me off saying he couldn’t chat with me, since my daughter is 18. So I proceeded to say it’s been a couple weeks that from the first appointment everyone spoke to me. So now that I’m complaining, you can’t speak. So many issues including being told they called for an appointment reminder & that never happened. I most definitely reported it to corporate & chief of nursing. Corporate seemed concerned, but the chief & staff from this location clearly doesn’t care about facing a law suit one day. RUN & GO ELSEWHERE! Your health & confidentiality is being compromised by such unethical staff members & peers! I never worked with a staff with such poor work ethics.

Staff is amazing and Supervisor Solange and Office Manager Robert are so great and always make sure patients get the best care they deserve. Midwife Ann Moore is absolutely the best midwife ever. She never fails to make her patients feel great and always makes sures we are always doing okay and if we ever need anything, she will make her best effort to get exactly what we need. Thank you Grace, for everything that you do for your patients!!!

I love this place . I been going here for both of my pregnancies and has had the best care . Mrs.Moore is definitely one of my favorite midwives she’s always took good care of me every appointment I have went to. She’s very nice and outgoing and understands where u come from about situations .

Jasmine and Solange both checked me in today and are always extremely helpful. All the nurses and physicians are equally just as great as the other , same for their receptionist. My doctor is Dr.zollicoffer and has been since 2010 and delivered my babies perfectly which is why I'm back for my third baby so obviously they're dling everything right. Grace women's has always been an amazing place so I always recommend to everyone to use them as their gyno and doctor to have their children. !

My first time at Grace was nearly 17 years ago. I was a first time mother. The office was under Dr. Zolicofer then. Since then, I have had 3 more children- all delivered by Dr. Z. Since becoming the FCHC, I am relieved to see that the wonderful staff at Grace FCHC provides the same genuine care that they always have. I’m 5 months pregnant with faternal twins and I am back at Grace. They provide exceptional service. I just love them!

Guerlande is always very helpful. Solange, Jasmine, and Jaylene are always welcoming. The staff and grace are just phenomenal. Thank you for the best care.

This clinic was absolutely great! I felt so comfortable and welcomed in this office . Shante and the front desk has been elite and i couldnt thank them enough for all of there help . If you are looking for a comfortable and welcoming facility you've found it!

Definitely recommend this place been coming here for my prenatal appointments, have had a great experience, everyone is very caring, staff is very nice, and the doctors make sure that you and your baby are healthy.
