Dr. Doug and staff is absolutely amazing! He takes the time to talk and explain to you about your pets issues. Compassionate and caring, simply unbeatable.

I had a sick puppy & called early before they opened to see if they could get her in that day and recieved a call back shortly after that eventhough I was a new customer. They got me in that same day. Really great and caring staff. Great receptionist, tech, and Dr. Very caring and explained things in detail. Great vet to take your pets to!

We actually transferred our little puppy over to him from more lane, who only gave us scenarios of what could be wrong with our puppy. The vet took one look at the labs and knew right away and fixed her up and so far she is doing well so yes he gets my service from now on. We would have saved a lot of money going to him first.

Dr. Doug accidentally killed my bird when he went to clip off her ankle bracelet and got her actual leg instead. Upon discharge he was not up front about the injury that occurred and instead insinuated he nicked her me thinking a toenail was bleeding which isn't really a big deal and then mentioned that often small birds don't survive grooming services due to the stress it causes. I thought that comment was weird but brushed it off. After getting home I later discovered her foot dangling. I ended up paying $200 to have another vet put her down and cremate her. It was an awful ordeal that we will never forget. I lost sleep over several nights, and my bird suffered in great agony until she was put down. She had at least 10+ more years ahead of her. I never received a call the next day to check on my bird, and I felt like the Dr did not care about me or my bird and was dishonest by not being straight up about his error. Very emotionally painful experience for me.
