SCL Health Medical Group - Broadwater Walk-in Clinic

This is my main doctor's office and I can't praise them enough for how wonderful they treat me. All the way from the doctors to the nurses to lab techs. Thank you Intermountain Healthcare for being the very best!

I was able to get in and out quickly. The providers were compassionate and caring. I had my test results the next day thanks to the online Mychart that notifies you of your test results. Very happy with my care and quick results. It took the uncertainty out of whether or not I should quarantine and protect my family and community.

This clinic needs to do a better job cleaning the bathroom. It looked like a bathroom in a gas station. The uncleanliness of the bathroom aside..this is a good clinic. Great Dr's. To the people saying to go else where..no way. I will not go to Billings clinic.

We have seen several of the Doctors there and all seem very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Also, we have a great and friendly family doctor, who the whole family adores. Great nurses, good staff, I'm pleasantly satisfied so far.

I called yesterday and they were able to get me in today. Dr. Lew took more time with me to ask about my condition and work through an appropriate treatment plan than I can remember any physician doing in the last decade.

Would not recommend. Staff rude dr.Daniel Hillman absolutely no bedside manners extremely rude and lacking any kind of compassion. Doesn’t listen to his patients. Would give zero star review. STAY FAR AWAY

NOT CONCERNED at all with patients needs, I have to track them down to fax information that should have already been sent? Lose a lot of respect for doctors who do nothing but lie

Service was excellent. Checked in and waited all of about 2 minutes to be grabbed by a nurse for my appointment. Longest part of the visit was waiting for x-rays to be read. Staff was polite, conscientious, and abiding by all local covid-19 procedures. Facility is also up-to-date with VA payment procedures, for local veterans. Well done!

Call them to ask reception if they provide the service I need.. 20 min later still waiting for the phone to be answered. The lady answered and asked me to hold. By that time I was already turning in to the lot. 2 cars in the lot.. 7 people waiting inside, I receptionist, screaming kids. Waited in line for 10 min behind 1 person and gave up and left. Don't waste your time here. Go to billings clinic

Excellent experience. Loved how respectfully I was treated and how warm, friendly, and efficient every person I came into contact was.
