I have been visiting Grand Villa Casino to unwind and enjoy some slot machine games after a long day of work, and I must say, it has become my go-to place for relaxation. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, creating the perfect ambiance for a late-night escape.

One person who has truly stood out during my visits is the supervisor, John Sarsam. His warm greetings and friendly demeanor have made me feel welcome from the moment I step foot in the casino. John has been incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and providing detailed explanations whenever I needed assistance. His knowledge and expertise in the casino industry are truly commendable.

I appreciate the exceptional customer service provided by John and the entire night shift staff at Grand Villa Casino. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience for their guests is evident.

This casino offers a wide variety of slots and table games. Most of the time there is spots to join in on the fun. During peak hours and on weekends/holidays there are sometimes small waits to get into the casino; although, the wait is never long and the security team that checks ID’s and quite efficient. Persona’s wait time for the food is sometimes long but is dependant on how busy they are. Otherwise the experience here is normally great and I would recommend the visit.

Unfortunately we made the wrong decision and visited Grand Villa casino again, thinking we may this time experience a more friendly and fun environment. But, this time our experience was even worse than before!! In the line up to get inside and have our IDs check, we saw the security raise his voice at two ladies to remove their masks and even shout at an elderly gentleman. This type of treatment of your customers is totally unacceptable attitude and is abusive. Everyone should be treated with respect especially they are all your customers.

Loads of free parking is the first thing you'll appreciate. I was hesitant to go as i always enjoy themed casinos such as the Hard Rock, but the Grand Villa made up for the lack of memorobilia with class and style. I went for the machines and tables but will go back for their food which is conveniently located in the lower level. Absolutely delish. As with any casino if you set a budget for what you are comfortable losing, you'll have a great time here.

This is the worst buffet I've ever tasted, not one of them. I walked around with my plate and didn't see anything delicious. In the end, I had to choose salad and steak. What's more, I was disappointed that the steak was very toughness although I have chosen medium-rare, the salad is very salty, as if I am afraid of people eating more. Finally, I tasted the cake and ice cream, and found it was terrible and full of cheap flavor. I won't go back next time.

From the outside, my first impression was that it looked old and needed a complete makeover. However, when I went inside, it was actually very nice and modern looking. I played Craps for a little bit, and all the dealers were super friendly. I did not stay in the hotel so I cannot comment on the rooms or amenities.

I seem to have a lot of luck in this casino as compared to others. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean, great atmosphere. I recommend this Casino to all that love slot machines.

I was very disappointed in the buffet and staff. The buffet was a cheap selection, they even had gross cheap cutlets, dried out mac and cheese, roast beef was hard to cut with the table knife and had to pick it up and eat it. We had to use a plastic fork for there was none left, the cake was so dry it was stiff and solid. It was very dried out horrible food and a small selection for that kind of money. Then when I used the bathroom by the buffet a staff member that had short red/orange like hair and had the coat on saying buffet, so she worked there. Used the toilet and walked right out, didn't wash her hands! I won't be back at this location I'm sure. If so definitely not the buffet! June 17th 2023

It's okay. Nothing is bad, but nothing is great either. Honestly, ignore my review. I'm just not the biggest fan of casinos, but my friends drag me out when they go. Out door patio is nice lounge is more my style with live music

We attended a birthday party in the Alpina room inside the casino. Wow... impressive. We had our own bar, bartenders, and service staff. We were brought drink refills before we were finished without ordering. So attentive, friendly, and caring. The staff deserves a round of applause. Great job!
