We also want to continue to provide the most variety in Organic food, as well as providing Gluten-Free alternatives, Vegan and Vegetarian focus, and the most unique select local foods Minnesota has to offer. We want to let you know a little about us and our family. Wade Trast has worked for Coca-Cola for sixteen years as a service tech and Karla is a Licensed Practicing Nurse who loves to cook and learn more about food. We were both born and raised in Grand Rapids, Minnesota and know how important it has become to shop and buy locally.
We have five wonderful children and three dachshunds; Boss, Jake and Stew.
Our free time finds us enjoying the outdoors; four-wheeling, fishing, hiking and spending time with our family at the cabin.
