Grandview Family Counseling

I have been a client at Holly for over 10 years. She’s helped me so much throughout the years. And I would recommend any of the counselors at Grandview.

Of I could give zero or negative stars I would. If you need help DONT come here. Yes the therapist is nice, but if you are struggling better spend your money elsware. They are not willing to help if you realy need help seek help from a company that cares. I sought counseling because I am going through some serious stuff. After part 1 of the 2 appointment intake the therapist told me she could not see me again untill I went to the access center for a mental health evaluation to make sure that she was the right leavel of care. So I went and did the evaluation and it was determined that a community leavel therapist is just what I needed. So I went again to meet with her.. After part 2 of rhe intake about 2 days after she discharged me from their practice. She said they can not help someone that disassociates and has SI. So I am now forced to find someone else. She said in her letter that this is in no way a rejection... then what is it?!? She kicked me out at a time when I needed help...

I would give zero stars if I could. I had cancelled my appt a week prior or so I thought until I got a notification that same day of the appt that was supposed to have been cancelled. I called confused and explained that I asked a week ago for my next appointment to be canceled. The lady said that cancelling same day costs $100. I responded and said yes I understand that but my appt should have been cancelled a week ago. She said she would verify with the therapist if that was the case. The therapist Shannee denied I had mentioned to cancel and said I would need to pay the fee. I then emailed Shannee and she responded saying if you need to cancel then we can cancel. I thought that meant they wouldn’t charge me. But lone behold that night they charged my credit card $75.. even tho I was told $100?? they obviously dont get customer service. Hope the $75 bucks was worth losing out on many more potential visits from me. They must have failed their business 101 class.

So unprofessional, my counselor was talking about there personal political beliefs. I learned more about my counselors anxiety than she learned about me. After I mentioned my mother’s death, she asked if my mother scheduled the appointment. I waited 20 minutes to even get acknowledged by anyone and than they didn’t even have me on there schedule, than they cut my session another 10 minutes and charged me full price. The counselor was Christina Greening

I have driven from HOLLADAY to meet with Holly for many years. She has helped my family and I in so many ways. I know it’s hard to find good therapists that you can trust and are experienced. She has built an exceptional group of therapists and I can say that anyone I personally have worked with or my children have seen have always been amazing.

Grandview has a professional, safe and friendly atmosphere. The front desk staff were very helpful and I had a great experience with my therapist. Definitely recommend services here!

It's been an incredible experience for my kids getting help at Grandview family counseling. Counseling is a hard and a long process. Working through difficulties with the right counselor has made all the difference in the world.

Despite the name "Grandview Family Counseling" they only provide individual counseling. I called to looking for family therapy kids & parents. I was told they "don't provide that" it's just individual. Wanted to get that out there because the name can be misleading.

Grandview is AMAZING. They work seamlessly with your insurance and really care about everyone. This is definitely an establishment that I trust.

This place is a rip off. I wouldn’t recommend having your child go to counseling here.
