I just started working here back in December. Though the onboarding process to get in had a miscommunication hiccup, my direct supervisor kept me informed of every process to get me in there. I could tell from when I interviewed, that Grandview is a company to make a career with. On my first day I had such an outpour of concern from each of the associates, making sure I was finding things okay and getting along okay. I have worked customer service for fifteen plus years and never in any of my previous jobs, have I had such a warming and welcoming environment to work in. I look forward to work EVERY DAY and know that in the future, the worst days will still be good days compared. The CEO himself gets down into the pharmacy and calls to help when help is needed. It truly is a wonderful place to call a second home and wonderful people to call family.
