Grandview Restaurant

Great lunch experience in a pleasant, well-kept, low-key restaurant right off NC-105 near Seven Devils, NC. I had the Hash in the High Country corned beef hash and my wife had the Stuffed French Toast. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the coffee was excellent. If you are in the area and looking for a good breakfast or lunch, I recommend stopping here.

We visited Grandview on our first morning in the Boone area and quickly became regulars. The restaurant was always busy, but service was quick and the food was excellent. The chocolate chip pancakes were amazing! The wait staff was attentive and friendly. We especially loved our waitress Jess - she did a great job each time we went. We were sad to find out they currently aren’t open on Tuesdays, otherwise we would have gone every day for breakfast! We even decided to get takeout on our last day in Boone so we could have breakfast for our road trip home. Thanks to Grandview for a great experience during our vacation!

Go here for the extraordinary friendly staff. They are so nice. Food was disappointing at best but I will still go back because the staff was wonderful. Atmosphere wasn't anything fancy, older decor but it was clean.Food: 3/5

I imagine it helps them be so busy that they're the only place open for breakfast around a very busy skii slope this morning. It was totally fine. Just things like country fried steak was soggy, not very warm, and the gravy on it was super sweet. Bacon overcooked and not warm. Biscuit wasn't even warm enough to help the butter melt. Most of the food just wasn't very warm, though it did taste good. Our waitress was very nice!

Plain style/theme restaurant but makes up for it lots of windows for its "GRANDVIEW". Our waiter was bringing another glass without asking before i ran. That's service!Food: 4/5

I'm from another state, and I'm visiting the mountains. This is a very nice place to enjoy breakfast, If or when I come back to this area again, for sure, I'll come here again to get my breakfasts as I have been doing it. Today, I drove 51 minutes just to come and eat here. Service is great, the food is great, and the atmosphere is awesome. Senna is a very nice and friendly serving person, Thank You.

Seemed like every restaurant was jammed in Banner Elk, so we came to Grandview Restaurant. Both my wife and got the Hawaiian Chicken sandwich. Included a side, so I got Mac & Cheese bites, she got Tatoe Tots. Everything was excellent. The service was excellent as well! Go our to go and it was packaged well! We've had breakfast here before which was great. Yet this is first dinner. I'd recommend. They have a camera positioned at Grandfather Mountain and come on 3 screens inside. Parking: Ample parking.

Server was friendly and greeted us promptly. Food and mimosas came out quickly. Eggs were perfectly cooked. They have turkey sausage and white gravy without meat for those of us who are vegetarian or don't eat pork. Highly recommend!!Food: 5/5
