My doctor Stephanie was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting treatments. The front office staff were very nice and helpful as well. I was not 100% satisfied with the blood draw in office. The person charged with doing the draw spent 45 minutes trying to find a vein, even after telling and showing her the best spot on my arms to draw from. I ended up having to go to my regular Granger office and within 5 minutes was called back and had the blood draw done. So, just be mindful that you may need extra time on your appointment day.

Doctor left won't reschedule you with another one for months after. No help getting an appointment or help with prescriptions. RUDEST FRONT DESK STAFF. Spoke with several people. Always rude. They really don't care about you at all. One of the worst experiences i have had speaking to a doctors office. Go to a different office.

Dr. Hurst is so kind and patient and answered all my questions. She is very thorough and a genuine, caring, brilliant doctor! The ladies at the front were all nice and pleasant and so was the medical assistant. I'm so grateful for their care and kindness.

Dr. Henderson is great! Easy to schedule appointment, not a long wait during appointment and I had a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Henderson was thorough and explained things well. She answered my questions and listened to my concerns. I'm happy I chose Granger Medical- Murray women's health!

Even though I left with almost an hour to get to my appointment here from my place of work in north SL, I ran into delays at railroad crossings. I called to let them know I would be 5-10 minutes late. When I walked in the clock switched to 11 after. They said it’s a policy to reschedule after ten minutes late. No grace, no compassion, no nothing. I am person who is late very rarely for anything and I do everything I can to be on time. I waited for that appointment for almost 2 months and had to reschedule another month out, plus I am on medication that is not working correctly and needed to be addressed. I am struggling with my health and really needed that appointment. My doctor is wonderful and I’ve been seeing her off and on for over twenty years. Unfortunately the office staff is the problem, so I will just be miserable until my appointment since I wasn’t even able to speak my doctor. A little grace instead of absolute indifference and rudeness for one minute would have been really appreciated and much needed for someone struggling really hard today!!

Atmosphere was comfortable and staff was professional and lively. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and noticed that others had waited as well. However, the receptionist announced the doctor running behind upon check in, apologized in advance, and asked if there was anything they could do to make it better. I appreciated being informed up front, and liked that they at least offered to better my experience. Bedside manner of Dr. Hurst was amazing!

Always easy to make an appointment, very helpful and friendly on the phone! I love the upbeat, caring, warm feeling every time I go in. The wait for every appointment has been minimal and the time waiting in the exam room is refreshingly short. My doctor takes all the time I need to explain and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this office!

Office and exam rooms are very clean & inviting. All of the office staff was very friendly & professional. Dr Mainwaring is fantastic. Wonderful bedside manner. She takes the time to talk you through everything and always makes sure all my questions have been answered.

They are unwilling to help. Terrible customer service. My provider left the practice I’m out of medicine and now they won’t even see me until August or refill my medicine. We aren’t taking about a controlled substance, it is depression medicine. So I’m supposed to go through withdrawals and be medically compromised. They want to blame it on my insurance. Where I would be happy to pay out of pocket so I avoid any withdrawals. Any other practice if a provider leaves they do everything in their power to help those patients with their needs. Finally seeing what a screwed medical system we have. Let me get your brain addicted to something then leave you high and dry. Sounds like a great group of doctors. No wonder the provider left this terrible practice.

Dr. Oaks was very uncaring, showed no empathy and she didn’t care to listen to me. Her answers were short and she cut me off when I was talking. I cancelled all my appointments with her because no one should be treated how she treats patients. She is condescending and arrogant….. Future patients beware.
