Granite Heights specializes in small batch production of high quality wines (as recognized by the Wash. Post).
We believe that our homegrown products and handcrafted wines show all the care and devotion that we have personally put in every step of the way. That is because we are not only the owners but we are also the vineyard workers, the winemakers, and the grounds keepers. You would be amazed what two people can accomplish when they are in love with what they do and put their minds to it.
Our tasting room, located in a hundred year-old farmhouse, is complimented by gorgeous heart of pine floors and a large porch overlooking a tranquil pond with a view to the rolling vineyards beyond. Each room has been decorated with a particular theme in mind. We have the Pop Culture Room that features Seinfeld (if you are a Seinfeld fan, you will love this room) that also includes other popular TV shows and changes every so often; the Civil War Room; an upstairs dining room that includes a large rustic table with a variety of eclectic chairs and huge photos of our beloved pets; the Cooper/Lomax Room (devoted to the history of the farm); and finally our formal tasting room.

Wines:
Granite Heights produces several Red blends each year and produces a few White varietals (Chardonnay and Petit Manseng). Granite Heights also makes the Ashby Dessert Wine (Port-style) and also a Rose Wine.
