You have to have a vest on, or they will not check you in. Park on the street and walk to guard shack to check in. I arrived at 12pm on 9/3 to check in at 2am 9/4. People are super nice at guard shack. They give you a dock, which I was docked by 0230. Driver check-in is close to guard shack. The rest is online with capstone. Well lit yard and room to manipulate truck. I have a LARGE load, so we will see how fast they get me done. 0255 started unloading. 0700 still at dock. 0830 still at dock. 1045 done

Took me 7 hours early than my scheduled 6 am appointment. Park on street and walk up to check in. Will tell you what door then once empty park out on street again to await your lumper fee once paid get paperwork back. Fast unloading. Nice people

7/18/23 receiving open 2am, I checked 2am same tym fast unloading street overnight Parking available

Arrived 8:30am on 5/19/23 for 6am appointment 5/20/23 told to come back tomorrow or pay $310 for early appointment. Check in next day05/20/23 5am for 6am out by 5:35am with full load delivery no lumper for me. Everyone was very nice. There was no guard in shack to let you in n out but this was just on Saturday morning.

I am not gonna come back in this facility. I have appointment 6 am and i check in 5:40 am . I am here for deliver only 1 pallet. They take 7 hours for 1 pallet. I give 0 star .

Park on the street to check in around 9 at night they come out and see who wants to go to a dock my appointment was at 5 a.m. but they took me in at 9 p.m. took about an hour to unload 22 pallets got my bills around 3 the people were nice and helpful they would have got a five-star but it's a very long walk from the street to get the bills

Had an appointment at 7:00am dock received at 7:25 am everything is good as soon as it’s time to go to the next drop they say we took 3 pallets from you instead of 2. Waste of time.p.s this how they gave the pallet back

I deliver here regularly. Deanne is wonderful. If you get there by midnight, you'll get unloaded long before your appointment time. There is parking permitted on the street. Be prepared, there is a lumper fee. But given the fact that you'll be out within about 2 hours, there is not much you can complain about. They also have clean portable toilets.

I had an 8 pm appointment. They came to get me to move to the dock at around 9ish. I was unloaded at 10:30, it was only 3 pallets. I waited for my paperwork for about an hour after they unloaded me. I finally asked a lumper about the paperwork and he informed me that I had to go back to the street and park and I would be getting my paperwork at 2:30 am. I got my paperwork at 3:30am. The guys in the security shack were cool as well as the lumpers and yard jockeys! The clerk definitely needs a job working from home! Rude and unbothered!
