We did a wine tasting. They gave you a small sample of each wine. They were all good to really good. I would have liked to go a bit more slowly to let my palate adjust. They also offered samplings of the jams and other condiments they sell. It was a cute little place with 9 wines and an adorable little doggy named Happy that greets you when you park and leads you to the front door! Worth the trip!
My mom and I went to the winery on a Thursday afternoon and we were so impressed! Our tasting was done by Kim who was amazing. We had the pleasure of meeting one of the sister and the sweetest greeter, Happy. Happy is the property’s dog and absolutely so sweet. We sampled 9 wines for $12 and their home made Jams, Jelly’s, and sauces. The wine was delicious, Tabor City was my personal favorite! The property is located in the country & is beautifully kept. They have a wonderful back porch. It’s the perfect place for a slow afternoon. We will absolutely be back. Food & drinks: The wine was wonderful!
Vineyard. Was small tasting area Wine ok. But there was nothing to cleanse palet between types of wine. Didn't really fall in love with any of the wines. Did with one of the relishes. Sisters were very knowledgeable. Always appreciate the sharing. We enjoyed. Place was different than we are normally used to. They stand there and talk you through the whole thing. No down time to just talk and relax. But it's beats being ignored. Lots to look at. Worth a visit. I brought my own gluten free crackers.
Visited for wine tasting with family while camping on site. It was very entertaining, owners are very knowledgeable and willing to educate you. We tasted multiple wines and bought several bottles.
Overall great experience. It was a rainy Memorial Day weekend and the owner opened up the large barn for the excellent entertainment. We hope to return soon.
My mother and I wanted to try a new winery and found this wonderful winery. Not only were they knowledgeable of the wines, they were fantastic hosts. Very friendly and we had some good laughs with them. The moonshine pickles are AMAZING. Highly recommend this winery.
We were there many years ago and they have improved greatly. They have added a campgrounds and have a really great winery. The wine tasting is reasonable and includes about 9 really good wines and a large selection of jams, jellies, and sauces. It was a fun visit and we enjoyed ourselves.
Great winery with great entertainment. Loved the wines. Will definitely be back.Service: 5/5
Hands down the best wine tasting i have ever been to. Awesome experience with a wonderful staff. The wine is fantastic, the makers know a ton about wine history, and the sauces are delicious. Worth the trip for the experience alone.
One of my favorite wine tasting experiences ever. She explained musculine grapes to us which we had never heard of before. Each wine was delicious and all her tips on paring foods were so helpful. Also how to really make my own sangria. We ended up with 6 bottles of our top 6. And 3 jams and adorable wine tea towels. A must stop if you are in the area. I felt like I made a new friend. Thanks for a great experience. Your friends from Pa
