Used to offer postal service until the convenience store closed but as of lately the postal service is "closed" even though the store is still open. I know that all government run postal services close at 5 but always appreciated the fact they were open late. Could definitely improve on customer service.
The owner has no customer service skills whatsoever. I went in and told him I had no oil in my vehicle and when I found oil it was past expiry so I asked if that was okay. I said I don’t know anything about vehicles but I need it since I have none and he got irate with me stating no one has ever complained about the expiry date. I said I wasn’t complaining, I was simply asking because I didn’t know and he took the oil from me and told me to drive the half hour to Bow Island with no oil!! I am a young woman, traveling alone in the cold winter and he refused to serve me because I asked a question. I wasn’t rude at all, I just asked if it was okay to use past expiry!
One stop shop i guess. They have most of the things we need for camping.
It really depends who u get on how you enjoy your visit
Very unorganized and really dusty But lots of things to buy
Not extraordinary. But its a place to buy gas when you need it. Has a sizable liquor section, snacks, and the odd car maintenance part. Decent store with relaxed staff
Repulsive price gouging. Disgusting. Don’t waste your gas or time idling here. Deserves -5 stars.
Would rather get a root canal than ever visit this store again. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Canada Post should be ashamed of themselves for affiliating with this store.
He helped me get to my destination and pumped my gas . He's a mailman too. How talented. Thanks so much.
No price tags on anything. High prices at the checkout. Price gouging
