While straightforward, Grato's menu offers ingredients of the highest quality, and include fresh extruded pastas, a variety of rotisserie items, ample salads and artisan flatbreads. The Mediterranean design feature open airy spaces, large windows, wood, Cararra marble, iron and stoneware (custom pieces handcrafted by local artisan potter Ronald Shaw) to create a welcoming, approachable ambiance. Gracious service standards evoke a feeling of familiarity. An open kitchen with a wood-fire oven and large rotisserie add to the warmth, and provide an entertaining focal point.
