Don’t get your haircut from here, this place might be okay for trimming but don’t ever get a haircut changed here. I showed the picture what I wanted and told the hairstylist that I wanted layers. She didn’t take a minute to understand my requirement and straight away started cutting my hair. I didn’t get any layers, all I got is a weird bob cut which is extremely uneven and an extremely ugly curtain bang. I had a haircut here before and that was great but the stylist who cut my hair yesterday was really extremely horrible. Will not go again. If you have long hair and you want to change the look, don’t get a haircut from this place

I'm giving Gustav 5 stars. After a misunderstanding with a different stylist, I left with a hair cut I did not want.  I called to talk with a manager the next day and got Gustav,  who was completely understanding and sympathetic.  He asked me to come back over and we went over a hair plan together as it grew back.  I'd come back about once a month and he always seemed excited to see me, even though I was someone who could have been seen as difficult.  A few months later and my hair is back to normal now and I'm so grateful for him.  He's not just a completely nice person too, he does a really good job.  5 star hair service,  10 star personality.Service:&nbsp;Haircut

Awful experience with my stylist. Irena I believe.  In a major hurry. Yanking my hair and even nipped my ear.   I had to get up and leave.  I’m sure it’s not reflective of the other stylists but ffs she should not be in customer service. Rude too

My haircut was simple and the instruction was very clear, somehow they were still able to messed it up, and hairs are all over my face, no clean up at all. I can't even show my face publicly now, and i was so dissapointed but the lady who cut my hair just keep saying it's okay it's okay while i felt really angry about it. This is terrible, very terrible.

Took my teenage so in for a basic men's haircut, nothing fancy.  My son told the guy can't call him a stylist, that would be way too generous NOT to do a buzz cut, that he wanted a trim with medium length.  The guy proceeded to completely buzz the back and sides of his head and take the top down to about 1".  My son was too embarrassed to say anything and by the time I realized that the guy was giving him a buzz, it was too late.  When I confronted the guy about the cut, he laughed and said "yeah, that's medium".  Would give him zero stars, the one star is for the manager who was apologetic and did not charge for the cut.  Great Clips Mercer Island used to have some pretty decent stylists that reliably did a good job, they now employ random people who seem to have no experience at all, and don't care. Horrible customer service. Even though I was checked in online and had the text confirmation, the manager said that Great Clips never sends text confirmations for online check-ins, that I might have faked it and that she could not see me for my visit. She was rude, delusional, and aggressive. I would never recommend this experience to anyone, completely bizarre.

I’m 75. Worse haircut in my whole life. My 3 years old grey grand son can do better.

I came in to get my hair fixed after getting it cut a few days prior at a different salon. Jack was the best, he fixed my haircut and gave me the perfect layers! Exactly what I wanted, best haircut I've had in a long time. Thank you!Service:&nbsp;Haircut

I’ve been here twice, and the last time was terrible. The stylist seemed very impatient and was rushing into getting me out of there as quickly as possible. I wanted to have the uneven cut from my last haircut at a different Great Clips location be evened out, but she blamed it on the nature of my hair growth..Styling it is possible but she seemed visibly irritated when I asked her about it. This left my hair uneven once again. Very unpleasant experience.
