Haircuts are a bit more expensive because of inflation, but they are still cheaper than other places. A haircut is about $20. If you check in online, the wait time is short
Went there to get my hair that’s up to my hip. My long layered hair has lots of split ends that need to be cut away. So I decided to have it cut by 4 inches which it should put my hair in chest length. I wanted it cut in layered. Then, after she’s done I brush my hair to see how it look and left is side longer than right side. It feels like she was rushing me out. I ask her if she could even them out and she said it is even. I showed it to her and she saw it and cut a little bit of it on the front side and did not make sure it is all even. I did not say anything more because I feel like she doesn’t know how to cut and I felt like I was being rush to get me out of the place. I know they’re busy but at least make sure the hair is all even. I came home upset. I went there as it was convenient and my son was getting his hair cut too. Should of have went with my gut not to do it there. Already had an appointment in a salon to get it done but was thinking of doing it all at once in one place for me and my son but it went horribly for me. Now, I have to wait 3 days to have it corrected in a salon where I originally wanted to go. This place cut in the amount you paid for in cheap price which result in cheap hair cut. I don’t think they care at all how to cut or put effort in cutting somebody’s hair.

The young lady who cut my hair actually took her time cutting and listened to what I wanted unlike the one closer to my home. The closer one never listened and within 2 weeks would need another cut.
It was a short wait and a good haircut and conversation with Karissa at a reasonable price....
Good location, they always do a good job. Would rate 5 stars if they had better hours. They close too early.

One of the newer ladies chopped way too much off my hair even though I had a few pictures of what I wanted. I called and talked to one of the managers, Stacy, and she told me to come in and she would try to fix it for me for free. Not only did she fix it but she was so kind to me and now I absolutely love it.
11/23/19 UPDATE: Just called to get Kristina's schedule for the upcoming week and was very disappointed to hear that she is no longer there. Kristina, if you see this, please contact me. -Darlene OMG I got the most amazing haircut by Kristina today! She is extremely knowledgeable about hair and we discussed the way my hair lays, the texture and what my goal was. She made suggestions and I was receptive to some changes. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable with it. The result was the best haircut I've ever had! With Kristina's suggestion for product and the way she cut my hair, I no longer have to use a ton of gel and hairspray to have a good hair day! I have been going to this particular Great Clips for years and have never been given a bad hair cut; in fact, they've been the best I've had. However, Kristina went above and beyond with me and I absolutely love what she did with my hair! I hope Great Clips keeps her! Kristina is a great asset and addition to the team!
