We love to order Chinese takeout Combo food from them. Generous portions always hot and tasty! Main dish with rice, egg roll and fortune cookie. Love the Hot and Sour soup too. Parking: Busy strip center, spaces become available often.
It was not a pleasant experience at this Chinese restaurant you would expect. The first time I went here the lady that took orders was very nasty and rude. The second time I went to get lunch there is a chef there that was very nasty. He was coughing, wiping his nosethink he got a cold and did not sanitize his hands when he left the bathroom. He went straight into the kitchen cooking. I found hair in my food multiple times which was very disgusting for a Chinese restaurant that serve food to customer. They wear no hair net when prepping your food. Feeding my toddler and happen to see this short hair in my food again. Will not return to this restaurant.
Hard, old chicken used for the general tso and sesame chicken...I couldn't even chew most of the meat thus wasting my money! Also the staff is rude, nobody greats you when you come through the door. I had to wait at least five minutes before someone came to the counter. Ridiculous!Food: 1/5
It's just a little hole-in-the-wall Chinese food place. I know exactly what I'm getting into when I walk into places like these. Normally get the Gen Tso's lunch special and the portions do the trick. While it's not the most amazing Chinese food I've ever had, it does exactly what I want it to do, taste like Chinese food and fill me up for lunch for around 8 dollars or so.
I really enjoy this restaurant. It's home style Chinese food like my neighbor's mom used to make. The ingredients are fresh and the recipes are straight forward and clean. I pass SIX other places to get here. The Mapo Tofu and Pad Thai are the best. Originally, I'm from Chicago and have eaten lots of ethnic cuisine. Simple, not greasy and flavorful instead of salty.
I had 6-10 amazing orders from this location during the pandemic. We always order the same meals for our family. I was so excited to go back today but was disappointed. My egg drop soup tasted charred and burnt… which I’m still trying to understand. My husbands chicken was mediocre and the staff was 1000% more unpleasant than usual. Less than personable service was fine while the food was still delightful. Gosh! I’m so disappointed. Not spending any more money here.
I ordered the other night fried chicken fried rice and kunpowder chicken. For me and my CO worker and as my coworker was eating her chicken fried rice she found a piece of metal in it. I called great taste and they didn't seem to care He said things happen. So please be careful when you order from the food it could have made my coworker bleed out If she did not catch it.
Very delicious, very fast. Ordered the moo goo gai pan dinner combo.
As doordashers my fiancé and I know that the staff is very rude and unpleasant/unprofessional, but we were too lazy to drive to our usual China wok so we decided to try here. Pretty underwhelming. The fried rice isn’t fried rice, only had onion and chicken in it and they didn’t give us any soy sauce or utensils. The general tsos chicken has a weird taste. The egg rolls were soggy so I used my own air fryer to make them edible. Overall this was fine for the time being but I wouldn’t eat here again. Again, it’s edible but mediocre.
Great taste has been the best Chinese food I have ever had. I've searched high and low throughout Hamilton County and Indianapolis for the better restaurant. Alas, my search has yielded no results. The General Tso lunch special is without a doubt the best you will find. I if I could, I would eat here every day of my life.
