Chris and the team have been nothing but a class act. As renters we were tended to with great urgency and care. The small maintenance issues we encountered were resolved quickly and efficiently. Communication was fantastic and we were never left with that "wondering" feeling. I cannot recommend them enough.
I have been a tenant with Greater Orlando Realty USA for 10 years now and I have to say that without DeeDee Burnette, this experience would not be the same. She goes above and beyond the needs of her tenants. I can text her and email her with issues and problems in the house and she immediately responds and has answers. Our AC recently went out and within an hour she had someone come out, take a look and fix the issue. I’ve texted with her outside her office hours and she always, always responds with positive attitudes and quick responses. I have family members in property management and I would recommend DeeDee over any of them. I have been the angry tenant and have had attitudes with DeeDee and never once has she returned the attitude. She is a true professional and 100% deserves a raise. She is the absolute perfect liaison between owners and tenants. That business is not easy and she makes extremely simple for the tenants. Me and family can’t thank you enough DeeDee!
Very pleased with Pam Tucker, she went above and beyond assisting with this sale. We wouldn't hesitate to use her again, highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
AC brakes down and they say the soonest they can get someone to look at it, is Monday from a Saturday. Meanwhile it's 92 degrees. Worst service ever. It's been a week and nothing has been done to fix the AC when it randomly turns off for no apparent reason. The technician came 4 days later said there was nothing wrong however as soon as the issue happens again AnnMarie Lepp thinks the best way to get it this resolved is to start going back and forth on email saying I would be responsible for the cost if they couldn't find anything wrong. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any kind of situation. I would highly advise not to engage in any type of business activity with this company.
Pam Tucker was the property manager for the condo we rented. She and her daughter Melanie were awesome! Great attention to detail and timely follow-up. Had an issue with the washer in the unit and Pam was right on it. She had someone out to fix it in a couple of days. If we ever buy income property, she's our first choice as a property manager. Great rental experience!
I can only say good things about this business. i own a condo at cascades at kissimmee and whenever i have a question they are always very helpful. in particular Moneen Autorino! She makes sure that everything always gets done and follows up right away with emails to let me know if all is good! Thanks for everything!
