Called over a month ago to get a quote on Homeowners Insurance. Gave them all my info and waited 2 weeks. Called and asked what's going on and was told someone would contact me by the end of the week. Been a month and a half and still nothing. Guess they do not need my business. All the 5 star reviews are suspect.
I recently bought property in Florida and needed insurance fast in order to secure my loan. I was referred to Darlene at Great Florida Insurance by a major insurance company. She came thru with flying colors, not only did she get my insurance but at a lower price than I had previously been quoted. Excellent service. I highly recommend her and her company.
Amazing place! Jill is super reliable and will always go above and beyond to take care of you! She's always so sweet and a pleasure to deal with! I was able to sign everything with e-sign and it was a total breeze! I now have all my policies through this office. Thanks again for the great experience!
Great job. Needed to change agents for our boat policy. Darlene and Jill worked everything out. All we needed to do was sign some paperwork, the did the rest. We also have our homeowners policy with them. Thanks again for all you did.
EXCELLENT COMPANY
I asked for home insurance for which I now pay $1500/yr, but the insurer is leaving the state. Their quote was $17,751. No flexibility for hurricane-upgraded 2004 building code homes. Rigid and cold. Avoid this place.
