I have texted and emailed and left several messages only after 4 days. I got an email from a guy named Scott asking 4 questions. I quickly answered them only to be never contacted again? Terrible customer service.

Service and response times were excellent. Premiums were very competitive.

Contacted them through their website. Got an auto-generated response saying someone would get back to me.  Never did.

No communication and no help left my wife and I for weeks without insurance
