OH MY GOODNESS! I am 100% ditching my old laundromat. My usual which has no A/C, still uses coins, etc. was closed today due to an emergency, so I did a quick Google search of nearby laundromats. I used to live in Derry so finding this location was so easy. I was immediately greeted by Aimee Amy? who helped me out so much because I looked like a deer in headlights. Gone are the days of coin operation - everything is done via card making things cleaner and more sanitary. Green Collar isn’t just a name - the owners put a lot of work into making this laundromat eco-friendly with plenty of green options. The interior is adorable - looks like it was decorated with items from Michaels, Marshalls, etc. My months loads of laundry don’t judge were finished in just over an hour. This place is beautiful, brightly lit, and everyone is so friendly. I’ve definitely found my new go-to laundromat.
I understand people have lives and maybe short staffed. But what laundry matt is closed on weekends? I hope the hours online are just different and you are actually open. Laundry doesn't stop.
Switched from riverside cleaners to GreeN Collar and Im so glad I did!! My clothes come out super clean and soft!!!! I have never had my clothes smell so good and feel sooo soft from any laundromat before! SUPER friendly staff and easy access to pay for services rather thAn using annoying change machines for quarter only!! They have you use a card and its so convenient and easy! I was welcomed my first time here by Amie- she made ne feel welcomed right away!!! She filled me in on how to use all of the machines and equipment too sweet. GO HERE!! You won’t regret it. SANO-wash machines !!! Only ones around!!
Our dryer kicked the bucket this week. While waiting for the repair we ventured to green collar laundry with a ton of laundry needing to be dried. Green collar was super helpful, friendly, and polite. Will use again in a heartbeat!
Washers are great, seem a bit pricey but I'm also not super familiar with pricing for laundromats these days. Staff is really friendly, and overall the place is pretty clean. However, the dryers don't dry great. I used a small one for just a small load of socks and underwear, dried it three times on high temp, when I went to fold stuff, it was still damp/wet. $2.25 for wet socks... I also had a bunch of other clothes going, and every single dryer set to high temp, I dried each load a minimum of 3 times. For the bedding, I used to 45 lb dryers, only putting a comforter/sheet in with maybe 3 t shirts, dried on high temp at least 4 times, still damp. But that wasn't the worst part. They REEKED of urine. So much so that I spread it all out when I got home and sprayed it all down with febreeze. I wasn't going to pay to rewash and not be able to dry it because the only dryers that didn't stink were the small ones. I dont know if this happened because someone who had used the machine before was gross or what...but it made me sick to my stomach...

When covid-19 hit back in 2020, the laundromat closed their bathroom to the public and that seemed like a smart thing to do. 3 years later it's still closed to the public. They've even raised their prices on doing laundry but they won't let their customers use the bathroom. I'm starting to think I'm going to take my business elsewhere because this just urinates me off.
First time in a laundromat in a long time but the woman who greeted me was super nice and friendly. It’s also a very clean and well set up space.
The cleanest laundrymat. The staff is very friendly and helpful
The machines are fast. Plus there are heavy duty ones if needed.
