The Gourmet Cupcake Shoppe in Midland is adding a cafe! A new fast food concept with the same philosophy as our bakery….foods featuring a made from scratch, locally sourced, plant based menu. There will be options for everyone….vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and minimal animal proteins such as Michigan made cheese and free range, locally sourced roasted chicken. Our menu will include smoothie bowls, grain bowls, soups, salads, and sandwiches.
