Twice, while traveling from Los Angeles to Hillard Ohio area, I had to reply on the great Team at the Hillard OfficeMax to go above and beyond to meet my Printing and Presentation needs during my travels. A great, reliable, team!
With a man with renown such as I you tend to make enemies along the way, alas there I was on my bed when the depot ninjas came to my aid. Whether it be printing documents to protecting you from assassins in your own home, they really do care for the customers at the end of the day…. Misty,Rob,Tanya and the rest of the crew P.S. they built a house for me one time Thank you OfficeMax, very cool!
Charged me $72 for a 21.81 with tax item. A usb c to 3.5mm jack dongle. Said they wont help me on the phone,the guy who answered was rude and acting like its my fault.
I purchased a shredder and it was defective. I was given a replacement unit immediately and treated extremely well. The store personnel were outstanding!!!

I got prints done for a baby shower. They’re perfect! Two people greeted me and the employee in printing was very helpful and accommodating throughout the 8 prints I needed each 50 copies of. I’m glad this store is so close and offers printing

OfficeMax is currently and undoubtedly the best office supply store that has come within my experience. The staff members are both friendly and helpful and they have the best quality and most long-lasting supplies at the very best prices and I am able to obtain them in any quantity I wish all in my local area. They can have your order delivered to your door in the quickest time infact it’s so fast that if if I hadn’t experienced it for myself, I would have never have believed it was possible. Lawrence
Wonderful service, caring and helpful staff. Fair pricing. Besides I don't like Amazon stealing other businesses. Lets stop monopoly and support OfficeMax-Office depot.
Ordered online to print out a poster I created on canva. Have done this many times before but the Hillard location botched the order and did not cut my poster to the right size. This would not be an issue but I planned to insert the document in a frame. It didn't fit despite ordering the correct size and when asked to have it fixed and ready for pick up the next day, I was told no. Highly disappointed in the poor customer service and that it was not resolved with the customers needs and request at the forefront. Instead, I was told the document can't be recreated because it would be a waste of supplies when an OfficeMax employee made the error. Do not waste your time here if you want the print job done right. Go to Staples or FedEx office for printing services!
