Now, drought and water restrictions are forcing green lawn-loving home owners to find non-water ways to keep their grass green. Lawn painting is an increasingly popular alternative.
LONGEVITY
There are many factors that impact the longevity of your newly painted lawn. One factor is the frequency of mowing. Your lawn will retain its new color until it is gradually mowed down to new growth. In ideal dry climates with dormant lawn conditions where the lawn is still pliable (does not have a crispy texture), lawn paint can last months. Longevity also depends on the condition and type of lawn, as well as the amount of lawn traffic. There are many variables that may impact longevity, therefore it is difficult to quote and/or guarantee a definitive timeframe.

PRICES:
Since every yard is different, we generally like to charge by the square foot based on measurements of the designated area to be painted. Price includes all supplies and labor. There are no extra charges or hidden fees.
Pricing Structure:
.35 cents per foot (0-2000 sq ft)
.30 cents per foot (2001-5000 sq ft)
.25 cents per foot (5001+ sq ft)
Example: An average 500 square feet front yeard costs $175.00.

DO I HAVE TO PREP MY LAWN?
For best results, the grass should be mowed and clippings removed. Additionally, animal waste should also be removed prior to the application. This is crucial, as we want to leave your lawn looking it’s absolute best. An un-mowed, un-raked lawn will greatly shorten the length the color will last as well as the overall outcome.
ON THE DAY OF APPLICATION
We will measure the desired grass area to be painted using a state-of-the-art GPS measurement program, to provide you with accurate pricing.
Once we have your approval, we will then do a walk-through of the area of focus.
Next we unload and hook up our equipment. If necessary, we will lay out drop cloths, and/or complete any necessary masking of stepping stones, etc.
We will need access to an outside electrical outlet, as well as a water hose or water spigot.
Application of paint then begins. One associate will start outlining the yard, while another associate provides a shield to ensure there is no over-spray. Once yard is outlined, we fill in the rest of the yard.
Once the lawn is painted, we unmask everything, complete any spot clean-ups required and perform a quality check with the customer.
After that, simply allow 1 1/2 to 2 hours of dry time, then you can begin to enjoy your lawn!
