Greenboro Ottawa Library

I love this library. It's well lit and has a 2nd floor that is kept at a perfect temperature during the hot summer months. The main level is cooler for those who prefer it. It has ample seating areas that are not too busy during the summer and they carry newer books about a variety of subjects. It has ample parking, clean bathrooms, a water fountain to fill up your water bottles and a nice backyard/park including a swimming pool!

Great library! We visit it at least monthly. We especially enjoy programs for kids. I also appreciate the regular selection of books for quick pick up and audio books. Architecture is nice, building has lots of light. I wish the kids reading club took place on Saturday afternoon, this is when many families attend hopefully more staff can be hired on weekends for this purpose.

Overall it's a very nice library with plenty of places to read or study. We were very excited to try the museum passes that they have but unfortunately the current policy makes it very hard to get them.... yesterday we looked online to see where it was available and drove quite a bit to try to pick it up only to realize that someone at the library picked it up and didn't check it out yet...they should really leave it behind the counter so that the system is always up to date.

This space is wonderful - great area for little kids on the main floor; beautiful open concept space on second floor with desks to do studying. The library is also attached to the community centre so smart! so you can attend sports activities, weight room or various adult and kids programming. The staff are SUPERB! So knowledgeable and kind. This library is a hub in the community - well designed and great programming.

Nice library in a quiet community, lots of study tables are still available even during COVID-19. The quantity and variety of books is limited and the quiet room is currently occupied by immunization clinic.

It is a quiet, spacious and interesting place for relaxation, creativity and imagination. I am fascinated by the atmosphere and communication with employees. Very large children's library, interesting illustrated books will not leave indifferent any child. There are also CDs for watching movies and free cards in the museum .

Great library and lots of activities to sign up for your kids!

This library is boss. They even have a fire place on the second floor that works. Great for studying and even for the kids to have different activities.

Who doesn't love a library? And, a well-maintained, well-served library is even better. The staff are amazing, and they provide lots of value-added programs to the library, such as child activity packages. We love this library!

Today we went by to get registered. We were greeted by pleasant helpful staff. We met the program leader for babytime and she showed us all about the library, advised us if the programs and taught us how to use the library. It was a great experience and we are thrilled to be members!
