SIGN UP AT YOUR OWN RISK Even though when you can finally talk to a doctor they can be helpful and polite, the actual system to get an appointment is absolute dogsh*t. You have to call within the first hour of them being open 8am-9am and get a same day appointment. You cannot get an appointment any other way by calling reception. Even if you do call during this time, sometimes they will not have bothered turning the phones on. You also have to call after 1pm to get your repeat prescriptions, but once again you can expect their phone lines to be down. If you struggle with timekeeping, work a night shift, or forget to call when you should, find another practice because these people do not care if you are without your very necessary medication for days on end, as is evidenced by their system. EDIT: They also like to apparently be Closed on a tuesday afternoon with no warning or information about this to be found anywhere online. EDIT 2: If you're lucky in the morning after you've been waiting in the queue for 50 minutes they will just hang up on you as soon as you get through without letting you speak.
You can never get through on the phone, i called 65 times just to ask for a phone appointment. They messed up my repeat prescription and then when I tried ringing i got a random message saying "the surgery is open hang up and redial "
