Ok. So the older guy is grouchy. So what. I am too. These places aren't usually shopped by thin skinned men. They had just what I was looking for that I couldn't find anywhere else!
While the staff was helpful; the owner is easily on the list of the five rudest humans I have ever met. I got what was covered for work and any additional items I decided to buy elsewhere. No need in rewarding such cartoonishly rude behavior, I will spend my money elsewhere.
A wonderful place to get gear for your job. They take care of their people. They're always very nice and respectful to me.
Rude and unprofessional. There was ONE employee who was very nice and considerate. The woman who works there, and a man either the manager or owner, made condescending remarks and laughed at me after I said I didn’t want to get a bigger size in pants. I could fully move and squat in them, yet they were trying to convince me to go up in size because “when they don’t fit in a few months, I’ll have to buy a new pair.” The woman also made several comments about my jacket being too tight, despite me saying I was very comfortable and didn’t want to go up in size. Now when I’m finished with the academy, the uniform is going to be tremendous on me because of their insistence that what I was comfortable in was too small.
The white man is very rude. Doesn’t speak up and get mad when you can’t understand!! They need to teach him how to respond to people in a respectful way.
Overpriced and orders are regularly not available on date given repeatedly on the same order even. Additionally, unless you're hiding behind a cop badge, you can expect very poor customer service.
This is just the best place ever. I came in looking for a very specific holster. At first the girl working there didn't think they had it. Then she looked down by her elbow, and it just appeared out of nowhere! After, I asked about ankle holsters, and the guy that was there with her was more than happy to let me try on anything I wanted. Will never purchase a holster from anywhere else. Ever! P.S. the holster was a Bianchi model 100. Give it a try! ;
Not a fan. I understand the standard consumer is not their bread and butter but the man manager/owner was very condescending. Left without a purchase.
Very last place I’d check for my gear, try 5.11 store before going here, no respect for the public unfortunately
This is a cool little spot with all sorts of military/ police/first responder equipment. You could spend hours looking through a lot of useful stuff. Cant wait for my paycheck
