Greenery Restaurant

I had a great time with my friends. We played a 9 hole game and came in for lunch. I had the grilled chicken Cobb. Very good. I wish I had asked for some avocado it would've been great. I also had a Sierra Nevada a classic you can't go wrong with. Great views of concord and walnut creek, I've even been to a few networking events here. Great eating spot. I'll be back Parking: It seems as though more that 100 cars could park here

After playing 9 holes, my club members and I went to The Greenery for lunch. We started by ordering drinks. One person ordered a margarita with salt on the brim. It was delivered to the table without salt, so the server quickly took it back to the bar. When my friend was ready to drink it, she noticed something floating in it, so she sent it back again. Upon the second return, there was still something floating in it. The server said it appeared to be mint. The drink was a margarita, so the only way it could have had mint in it was if the shaker or glass was not clean. Strike 1. Two people at our table ordered the buffalo wings. One was tossed with buffalo sauce and the other was plain. They both said the wings were too salty, and just bad in general. The person with the tossed wings couldn't even eat the fries because they were soaked in buffalo sauce. We urged her to send the plate back but she didn't want to make a fuss. When the bill came. she told the server that she didn't like them. We asked to see the manager because it seemed that the server didn't have the authority to take care of her section and make adjustments to the bill. Strike 2 The manager, clearly annoyed, asked us in a condescending tone, "Did the server ask how the food is, and did we not tell her it was fine?" Strike 3. Honestly, we were talking during the meal and didn't remember the server checking. In any case, the food was not satisfactory. The manager, who was young enough to be one our kids, was downright unprofessional. We told her we wanted that item removed from the bill. She agreed, took the plate and left. A moment later, a member of our group noticed patrons at the bar turning around to look at us. Apparently, the manager was also the bartender and was talking about us to the other patrons. We waved to them, as if to say, "we see you and we know you're talking about us." They waved back. Bad food and bad service. We will not go back!

Came here for karaoke on a Friday night and had a great time. Came on a Sunday to enjoy lunch and the scenery. Ordered a few drinks , the blta & the crispy shrimp and chips. This is a definite go to if your in Walnut Creek area. Will be back!

I like this place overall. The food is hit or miss, like their VIP pretzel is awesome, but the chicken fettuccine is tough and flavorless, while the spaghetti with meat sauce is aldente with tender meat and a robust sauce. While the korean BBQ dish with rice was sent straight back from whence it came. Quality seems consistent though so find what you like and add a 22oz beer for a fantastic lunch. Ill come back a bunch more, theres a big menu, I cant hate everything

Great restaurant with good drinks and delicious food! Definitely surpassed my expectation. Being that it’s attached to a golf course, I thought it was going to be average, but it far from it. Newly renovated makes the inside look like a well polished, high end bar, with food that matches the quality. I highly recommend the Sunday buffet. For $13, it can’t be beat! Enjoy!

Came for karaoke and this place is fun. No shortage of screens to read from, the drinks are good and reasonably priced. Didn't order food so I can't judge on that. Overall, had a great time.Service: 5/5

Service and atmosphere was good. Food was terrible, dried out and bland. I was there for a birthday party. I feel sorry for the people that paid for that meal.Food: 1/5

Only stopped in to get some drinks which were delicious, I had the watermelon mint margarita which I would definitely recommend. The atmosphere was awesome and the views from the patio were even better.Service: 5/5

Great staff, especially Marcie the awesome bartender, Ingrid and that lil stud, Max. Lol All really work hard as team playa's! Great view of Mt Diablo and the greens of the course. You're missing out if you don't experience the Greenery. The Singh family has made this spot one you don't want to miss out on. Try the corned-beef hash anytime of day with all the fixins, you won't find any better for the way Nacho prepares their blends. Thank you Singh family for your loyalty and kindness within our community.
