The ReStore is a nonprofit home improvement thrift store that benefits the Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity mission.
Mission:
To raise money to support Habitat's mission while offering donated goods at a greatly reduced price and keeping good, reusable materials out of the waste stream.
Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity ReStores sell reusable and surplus building materials to the public. We focus on home improvement goods such as furniture, home accessories, building materials and appliances.
The ReStore accepts donated goods which are sold to the general public at a fraction of the retail price. The proceeds help fund the construction of Habitat for Humanity homes within our communities.
The ReStore promotes reuse and recycling. ReStores provide an environmentally and socially responsible way to keep good, reusable materials out of the waste stream while providing funding for Habitat’s community improvement work.
