Returns or Exchanges are accepted until January 8, 2016 on purchases made between November 14th and Dec. 24th of 2016. . Purchases made outside this window will have a 10 day return period. Returns/ Exchanges are ALWAYS for in-store credit only, no exceptions.
Returns/ Exchanges accepted within 10 days of purchase (online purchases are 10 days from the delivery) for in store credit ONLY. Returns/Exchanges will be accepted on regular priced clothing and shoes that have been unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with original tags attached and must not have any staining by deodorant, makeup or any other stains. Your receipt MUST be present at the time of return or exchange.
Sale items, including flash sale, discount day purchases and clearance are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned or exchanged. All accessories AND jewelry are FINAL SALE.

Online Purchase Returns:
1. Please Review the return policy before contacting us. Returns that don't meet our return policy WILL NOT be accepted. IF you send something back to be returned and it doesn't fall within the return guidelines, it will NOT be accepted. You will be responsible to pay for the return shipping to receive the item back.
