Really enjoyed our visit here today. If you are looking for section markers, I was unable to find any. However if you are trying to find a specific section named on findagrave.com you can find what section you are in by looking up a name where you stand. By doing that, we were able to find our relatives, very quickly. Peaceful and enjoyable time reconnecting.
Beautiful cemetery! Great place to take a break from the busy pace of the city and reflect on the shortness of life and those who came before
Ignore the reviews that mention the neglect of this place and an unfunny joke about Lee Greenwood. This is a really neat place and worth a visit. There's a ton of Dallas and American history. A peaceful resting place in the heart of Uptown. It's a place that's nearly 150 years old, so yes, it shows its age. Neglected? Hardly.
Beware of homeless people in it who will attack you abruptly for no reason.
Literally saw entities that disappeared when you shine a flashlight on them. Terrifying yet interesting, I’ll give 4 stars
Outstanding Victorian cemetery with beautiful statues and grounds. Fall is a great time to visit but Springtime with Lilacs is great as well!
Historic Dallas cemetery shows signs of neglect.
5/5 would die again.
Could use some maintenance
Staff was very inattentive.
