Went to this location today. Was looking for a sweater I had seen online multiple colors and patterns Maurices had lots of them in stock a whole table full but nothing larger than a large, and none of the sweaters in the "plus" section. Could I order it online? Absolutely. But you are supposed to be a size inclusive boutique. I wanted to see it and try it in person. I won't be back.
Both last night, and today I went to Maurices. Last night being my first time I have ever stepped foot in that place. I was instantly greeted by two wonderful store associates who were very nice to me. Making sure I was finding things I liked, etc. Amber helped me in so many ways and made me feel happy to shop there. I tend to not always have the best experiences at stores and usually leave empty handed or saddened by the lack of clothing options. Everything I tried on was true to size and I bought everything I wanted. I can’t wait to go back to experience my time there again. Not only is everything beautiful, but they even write your name on your dressing room door for you. Thank you Amber for being such an asset to Maurice’s here in Greenwood. I will see you again soon enough!
This store is amazing! I have only recently discovered this gem and I am addicted. Sizes run true and the prices are affordable, they have great sales and I'm always getting discounts via email. Shop online or in the store. Lots of great deals. My closet is nothing but Maurice finds!!!
Everything about this store is excellent! The staff are very helpful without being pushywhich is a great thing! The clothes are fantastic. Also, there’s footwear, jewelry and accessories to go with the great outfits! The store in Greenfield is the best! The staff there are excellent!
I've always loved Maurice's because they fit a variety of body sizes and types. However, I wasn't able to find anything besides a size small or extra small on the racks. I'm a size 8 medium. This store advertises size 0-24, so I don't understand why this was an issue. When I brought is up to management, they told me that I could "shop online." This is unacceptable for a store that promotes diverse and inclusive sizing. Edit: I decided to give this location another shot. Size availability still seems to be an issue. However, the store employees seemed to be really nice and helpful.
I LOVE Maurices as a brand. Almost everything in their store is my style, so I love to shop there. However, when I went to this particular store last week, the customer service was just okay. Maybe the lady that helped my mom and I check out was tired or something, but it just wasn't the best experience.
I love Maurice's. I am from Niagara Falls, NY and I try to go in every store I come across. I had no issues while shopping. Customer service was great as expected in these stores. And of course found some great things. Thank you Indianapolis.
Although they have some cute clothes and shoes I was disappointed they did not have the shoe size that I need in both pairs that I had picked out and the clothes sale wasn't that great considering their clothing sizes were limited. They were out of size 10 shorts that I wanted to purchase..Left empty handed.
Disappointed in the way their clothing sizes are fitting. Also most of what I received as Christmas gifts came from here and nothing fits. Then when trying to get different sizes of course they dont have them in store or online.
When we first walked in you couldn't hear the employee greet us because of the loud music and heater but clearly it's not our responsibility on how she speaks. Then what ruined our entire experience was the misplacment of clearance items. I took multiple minutes to do calculations of my money to save as much money as possible. Then I had a sudden realization that my calculations were irrelevant when the clearance item was no longer clearanced because it was misplaced. So then my BOGO half off deal was flip flopped. Then the lady was ignorant to the fact that I had to mooch off of my friend to pay for my MOTHERS christmas present. And then, I was rudely forced to move away from the doors because apparently I was jacking up some numbering system. Which concludes the awful experience with cute clothes and rude workers and misplaced clearance items.
