A huge Park at 10.44 acres extending on either side of the street McFadden. Plenty of parking with large grassy areas but no bathrooms are available. On one side of the road Greer Park contains a large lake with many species of birds frequently stay year round. Due to the many birds the grass and pathways tend to have feces scattered but it is otherwise well maintained. Here you'll find many Park benches and little shade but some trees. On the other side of the road Greer Park contains many sports options and large grassy space. You will find here 2 basketball courts on either side of the park, a baseball field, benches and picnic tables scattered, plenty of trees and 2 separate playgrounds. The smaller playground rests on rubber padding, has a tiny playground for small children, a rocking horse in a small sand pit, and 2 infant swings. Across the way the larger playground for older kids sits on a sandpit with swings for 2 children and another for a single child. Additionally the playground offers multiple slides, tunnel to climb through, modern monkey bars, ladders, a pole, and spiral pole.
Could be a nice park. However, the homeless took over the park and the City of Huntington Beach should really do something. Last time I was there, there was one homeless guy yelling and swearing at the top of his lungs possibly trying to intimidate people to leave. Visit at your own risk.
Nice clean out of the way park with a lake. Nice sidewalk around the lake. Benches to relax while watching the various birds and water fowl. Lucky neighbors.
Ive been comin to this park to fish n relax n today i didnt expect to catch this 11.6 lb black pacu n yes there is this here you just have to be patient and try different baits
Quiet, peaceful. Regular gaggle of geese and ducks. Canadian Geese, Mallards, and domestic varieties.
Nice park Just need restrooms
Great experience - snow tubing is $35/adult for unlimited session. Toboggan and slalom are also fun and have you pay for separately for each. Definitely worth’s visit if you’re in big bear
Decent little park nice views and picturesque. Not a whole lot of shade but still a pleasant and gorgeous place I have to admit. It's in a residential area so please be respectful of the place wherever and whenever it's visited. For that matter any place you adventure to. :
Nice park I usually visit this place wen I'm riding my bike and need a rest stop
